"friendly welcome and even though they are still very attentive away. I had the lobster and prawn cocktail, which was beautiful, would have a weed more lobster, but lovely and burdened when garnel. hubbie had the mushrooms in a sose also beautiful. I went for the speckrippe, which came with basilikum and a whisky and marmelade sauce. wow. beautiful dish and the sauce really added the speck. hubble went for the fish and chips after someone else saw. the teig was a beautiful light and crispy. this is a hurt hidden shade and we will definitely come back to the way to linger. we chose the travelodge, because the pub was recommended."

The staff were very friendly and helpful they couldn't do enough for you and the service was excellent the only thing that could be better if you reduced the price of the soft drinks because some of us have to drive and the soft drinks are to expensive

Nice pub, very friendly and accomodating staff and our party of 7 all enjoyed our meals; although not all the menu was available our waitress Natalie soon helped us through our options and kept us well supplied with drinks and smiles all evening. We'll be calling in again on our next venture north!

friend, I went up for the lionel ritchie concert, stayed next door to ask about the booking of a table from the minute we went into we felt that the food was so delicious, so we even ordered the common pudding cellar that was amazing. we also ate there in the second night, although the place was dug, we were served very quickly. the personal was so friendly, even remembered what we ordered in the night before. will definitely be chris again. thank you for the whole ice)

we have eaten here at two consecutive evenings, as we remain next to the travelodge. at both locations we had great meals, well cooked, well presented and very filled. the staff are all kind and attentive and actually find time to conduct a conversation that is quite unusual in these days. I would certainly recommend travelodge guests and would recommend that vintage inns see the possibility of a breakfast menu. we will try our local vintage inn to see if it compares cheaply. if vintage inns have a hired of the month, my vote goes to natalie.

"Pleasant environment and staff were efficient. I ordered the special ciabatta with chicken and bacon, alongside a flat white coffee. The ciabatta seemed a little on the small side to me, though in observing the other clientele, I was probably a little out of place to be honest that includes my appetite. In my opinion Willows seems more geared towards 'ladies who lunch ', high teas maybe, or cocktails before the theatre. I 'm more of a messy plate of dirty fries with a burger kind of guy... if you know what I mean, and I certainly don 't mean any disrespect with that observation. The ciabatta was good and flavourful. The salad was very good and varied, the dressing was nice and rich too. I enjoyed the coffee and the final price, between 10 and 11 pounds was reasonable and expected. Accessibility wise, there is seating outdoors but there are steps inside to reach other parts of the restaurant. The chairs and tables may turn into obstacles for wheelchair users, particularly solo users, because they are quite close together. I 'd recommend booking ahead to help the staff prepare a good table if you have any accessibility requirements. Personally, I did feel a little out of place at Willows, but that was more of an observation than any true feeling of discomfort. I will keep Willows in mind if I go to lunch with a girl I want to impress, for example, and I 'd definitely recommend it for anyone wanting afternoon coffee, cakes, or a cocktail before the theatre etc."
