Nice relaxed atmosphere, guy behind the bar was friendly and a nice character. Food was nice apart from the burger being greasy but to be expected I guess. The cheese garlic ciabatta bread was phenomenal

came over this place looking for a pub lunch with the family. sat with the fixed price 3-course menu and was very impressed by the meal and the portion sizes. family had a great time with friendly staff and great atmosphere.

I came for the through the decades party night with friends, the 3 course Christmas meal was fantastic, there was a great atmosphere and the girls singing were brilliant. You can always guarantee a great night at the foxglove.

We came for the lunch menu and when we walked in the pub looked amazing, and beautifully decorated. We were seated and given the menus which had a large option and a 2 courses for 13 or 3 courses for 15.50. The staff were really friendly and quick. The food also came quickly and tasted amazing. From start to finish we had a great meal. Would highly recommend and we will be visiting again.

Service was extremely slow, we’d been there an hour before mains turned up, we didn’t bother with dessert as no one came to take our order after waiting 30 minutes, so paid and left. We had to find a staff member to order mains and drinks. I understand it’s Christmas week but never had such poor service, also didn’t have my first choice of main course, already limited due to being gluten free

The staff were amazing from start to finish! We booked a table for 7:15pm and arrived early, we were seated at the bar to wait for our table with no issues. Once seated staff were attentive and ensured our drinks were always filled. The food was amazing! we had a starter, main and dessert. All food was hot and arrived in good time. I would recommend the Foxglove and will be returning in the future

We had a wonderful time with friends at The Foxglove! We hired their Garden Room as there were over 40 of us meeting for food and drinks. The food was great and the staff all lovely and very accommodating. It really is a fantastic venue and would highly recommend. It’s a lovely place to pop for a drink and a meal and has the added bonus of being able to cater for larger parties in the Garden Room. Thank you to Tony and all staff. We’ll definitely be back!

We went to this restaurant for our Christmas office party. We paid for a 3-course meal and there was a live band playing. The value for money was excellent, as we also received a glass of prosecco upon arrival. The food was outstanding, it was the best meal I've had at a work event. The portion sizes were generous and the quality of the food was incredible. I was particularly impressed with the homemade Yorkshire pudding. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant.

absolutely amazing place! wonderful experience from beginning to end. we went as two adult and a child in a wheelchair, no booking. the man on the recipe called tony greeted us so cordially and greeted us in the restaurant, showed us on a table and offered alternatives, should they be better suited with wheelchair access. he moved a table to make the room more comfortable and led us to our waitress. the whole waiting staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, eating was a very high standard. we had pudding, what was amazing! and I found out that they are also dogs friendly! honestly, can not evaluate the place high enough. unsafe!
