"I visited this cafe on Saturday last week and the food was excellent. The only gripe I have was that the coffee tasted horrible. I asked one of the staff for a replacement cup of coffee and I was told that just because I didn't like the coffee she wouldn't replace it. I had to buy another cup of coffee . In my experience most cafes offer to replace a drink if it is to strong or you don't like the flavor. I was told by the manageress that this was the finest Italian coffee. Well I disagree it was from a machine. The coffee I bought to replace it was a cappuccino and this was very good. I however do not think you should have to buy another drink if you don't like the flavor of the drink you bought. I have been to cafes before and have had a drink replaced if I didn't like it. Also I had to wait for the manageress to undertake my request as the young lad I approached couldn't accommodate my request as he had to ask his boss. The food was very good and served quickly. only for a take-off tea and coffee immersed, but it was a quick service and seemed to offer some good cake, although we went around 3pm ish so was not all so much on offer, but based on a shield they seem to order a lot of things.
