The staff at this restaurant is friendly and knowledgeable, providing fantastic service. The seating is comfortable and the restaurant is spacious. It's worth paying a little extra for the high-quality produce and food.

We had a really fantastic Sunday lunch, service great especially Annabelle, who has made our experience here. The food was delicious. A bit pricy but well worth it, we’re in one of the most stunning locations in Scotland.

We regularly go to the Dormy for a spot of lunch of an early dinner, and it always delivers. The food is good, always fresh and tasty, and the waiting staff are always excellent, friendly and ready to help, always with a smile : Thanks for always giving us a fab time Dormy!

I think this is the sixth year we have been here for Christmas lunch and I can say with all honesty they are amazing. We were treated like royalty from start to finish and the food was first class. We had dinner at this restaurant on a busy Saturday evening. The staff was very attentive. My wife and I enjoyed the Indian thali sharing platter, which was a delicious feast that left us very full. It was excellent value for the price. The only downside was that my seat was quite close to the kitchen, making the environment a bit warm. Voir le carte

Been here quite a few times over the years and always rated the place. Lovely laid back ambiance, decent food and friendly, engaging staff. We eat (and drank) yesterday evening and found the m/o largely as we remembered. Enjoyed a really excellent tandoori as the rain lashed down outside. The place somehow lends itself to winter really rather well.

This restaurant is not worth the hype or the high prices. Our table was unfortunately located next to the cooking area, resulting in strong and overpowering cooking smells. The shared Indian platter we ordered as a starter was disappointingly deep fried, greasy, and tasted like it had been frozen. The naan bread and rice were the only saving grace. The Chicken Makhani dish lacked flavor and tasted like canned tomato soup, and was lacking in spice. At £24 per serving, it was definitely not worth the cost.

I have to agree with previous reviews and I hoped I would be mistaken. We went here today with my sister and sister in law as a pre bridesmaid lunch treat which I told them beforehand when I booked. They couldn't even give me what I'd requested which was a window seat in a booth overlooking the golf course. The food was extremely pricey for what it was and the portions very small. The service was extremely slow and pretty cheeky to add a £20 service charge . The meal cost almost £200 and we didn't even buy alcohol. I could have spent half of that and got somewhere equally as nice with better service. Feel like I've been robbed. It's time you sorted this out. I won't be back any time soon. Voir le carte
