"We stumbled on this little gem of a local business on a recent Motorcycle run at the start of the 2024 season. From the outside unpretentious, but on the inside a little jewel in Dunkeld. Very pleasant staff and equally pleasant homemade saviours and sweets. We were made to feel very welcome with a dash of proper understated hospitality, it seemed like many locals are within the staff rosta, which is always reassuring. The menu was great in both savoury and sweet options, a cracking little find. The shop stocks wines and spirits, but not your usual supermarket inventory, e.g Hearach Whiskey and in stock Chateau Musar 2017 wines amongst many others. If you are in Dunkeld or passing, it is more than worth a visit."

Lovely little place. Deli by day, wine bar by night. We stopped by on our way to Inverness and were delighted by the quality and service. Super dog friendly too!

Nice deli good range, friendly staff, good coffee. Would give it 5 stars for most visits, but the price charged for a quick coffee was almost 30% higher than on the menu last time. Not a huge deal all things considered, would just be nice to update the menu on time. I'll still go back though : Voir le carte

I dined at this restaurant on Saturday evening. I was glad we made a reservation as it was very busy. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. There were excellent options for food and wine. The dishes we selected were fantastic, some of the best tapas I have ever had. While it was not cheap, I believe it was well worth the price. I would definitely return!

Putting Water for the table on the menu so you can trick people into buying water when you offer it after taking an order is a pretty underhanded tactic. The cashier shaking the tip jar when we paid isn 't a good look either. (We left a tip on the table). There was quite a wait for drinks and order to be taken when there weren 't many seated. Food was alright, bit small portions even for 'tapas ' though.

This restaurant is a great spot to grab a quick lunch. We tried the spicy African chicken salad and the tuna mayo salad, both of which were delicious. They came with a side of chips, crackers, and coleslaw. However, the portions were quite small. If you're looking for a substantial meal, you might want to look elsewhere. Despite this, the restaurant has a lovely ambiance and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Voir le carte

We had a wonderful evening at the Scottish Deli on Friday evening with family. The tapas food was excellent as always and the staff really helpful friendly. We had also been in earlier in the day for coffee and cake the new mincemeat crumble slice was delicious! We are really sad to hear that the Deli is changing hands and really hope that the new owners are able to maintain the friendly atmosphere and fantastic food that the Deli has consistently offered over the past few years.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and the space is clean and tidy. They use a good blend of coffee and offer lovely freshly made baguettes or wraps with a wide variety of fillings. While you can sit in and enjoy your meal, I found it a bit annoying to constantly have other customers leaning over my table or bumping against my chair as they tried to look at the products on the shelves behind or next to me. Overall, it wasn't the peaceful dining experience I had hoped for.

"This place has all the potential for a 5 star experience and you may well have it by going here! Unfortunately, we did not and it's worth explaining why. For context, we didn't stay overnight just had a meal in the restaurant one night and went to the beer garden another. Restaurant: Food was generally very good and prices reasonable. I'd especially recommend the tempura chard if it's on the menu! The setting of the restaurant is also lovely. However, we ended up waiting about an hour between starters and main meal 2 people . We were advised approx 40 minutes into the wait that one of the mains was no longer available and a substitute would be provided there was some gnocchi improvised from potato mash involved. Service were on top of this though and did remove this item from the bill. So in summary, good elements involved but a couple areas that could do with attention. Beer garden: We went along to the beer garden to catch the rugby world cup final. This was sadly quite a disappointing experience that ended up with the limited attendance clearing out before half time . In short, coverage only started after national anthems. No sound other than via headphones ?? , which didn't work ?! . Pizzas were pretty tasty but the cheese was stringy as a ball of yarn positive with no cutlery or tissues provided negative . And at c. £16 per pizza, felt a bit cheated by the whole experience. The rooms themselves look lovely and I'm sure on a summer's day if you're looking to enjoy some drinks and a bit of food in a lovely setting, the Taybank probably covers exactly what you're looking for! They also run a traditional music session in the main bar on a Thursday evening, which is absolutely worth checking out! But I'm afraid for us, it's unlikely we would rush back for anything other than that."
