"I made a reservation at the restaurant/pub through OpenTable, and received confirmation. Everything seemed fine. However, a few hours later, I received a call from The Crown saying they were fully booked and could not honor my reservation. I'm not sure where the issue lies, but my experience with The Crown through OpenTable was extremely disappointing. I would recommend booking directly with the restaurant in the future, although this shouldn't have been necessary."

A bit disappointing this time, hard cabbage, indescribable carrots , attention to detail required. An establishment can soon loose customers, it would be a shame for a rural venue.

I had a positive experience at the Crown before, but it's apparent that the quality has declined. The roast potatoes were terrible and everything seemed reheated. I was very disappointed.

Great, warm, friendly pub/ resturant with wonderful menu and fairly priced bar. Up an coming beer/ale festivals events, with quiz night on mondays. Being coming here for years on and off as I live in london. The area is good for calming down on a short break. Would recommend to everyone. Voir le carte

Having moved into this area from London recently, I have tried several of the local pub-restaurants, and The Crown is definitely our favourite. The food is excellent, and good value, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The building has a lot of character, with a good Garden Parking. I have no hesitation in recommending this place...

La nourriture est excellente et d'un bon rapport qualité / prix, et le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Le bâtiment a beaucoup de cachet, avec un bon Garden Parking. Je n'ai aucune hésitation à recommander cet endroit.
