"Wow wow wow. I have coeliac disease, so when going out for dinner my choices are usually very limited. The “normal” menu has all the choices on. I didn’t have to be treated differently (which was fabulous). The menu has the green gluten free sign next to what is available. The menu is covered in green. Starters, mains AND PUDDINGS!!!!!!!. Not just fruit salad and ice cream. Sponge pudding, caramel pudding and more ………on the normal menu. Not only was the choice brilliant, the food was fab too. Really good size portions and at a good price. We had two lovely servers, Natalie and I’m sorry I never caught the other ladies name, that were really lovely and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience. For any fellow coeliacs out there this place is a must. Thank you so much for a lovely evening. We will definitely return."

for our monthly ms lunch club. all ready when we arrived. the employees don't have enough for us. the personal has full marks. eat very well and fill. chair friendly. a visit. x

it was tonight for a family meal, staff were friendly not enough for us, eating was excellent I had chicken melt, best I had, many good comments from the rest of my family over eating, will definitely recommend again, xx

Excellent place for a meal just up the road from Thorpe Park Cleethorpes. Another visit this time with our new addition Lennie, dogs only allowed in the bar side but the staff make you more than welcome. Nice fish and chips too.

I had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. I ordered the fish and chips with mushy peas, which were perfectly cooked with a light and crispy batter. My husband tried the steak and Stilton pie from the specials board, which was homemade and filled with tasty meat. I highly recommend this place for a delicious meal.

Today we had a lunch of haddock, chips, and mushy peas at the bar with our friends and their dog. The fish was fresh, the batter was light, and the homemade chips were delicious with generous portions. The cask conditioned beer was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pricing was reasonable and overall, this is the best pub dining we've experienced in the area.

the countryman is a warm, friendly place. Eating is reasonable and we enjoyed our Sunday dinner. chocolate cake was beautiful. Why did I give only four stars? could do with lightening. the decoration is dated, but mine is too home, so it is a fall of pot that calls the boiler black. I'm sorry. However, it would be nice to see a brighter inviting environment, because I think the old style lets us this beautiful pub down and so the coach house get more customers. such a whisper of pastel and your young!
