Even takeout and restaurants in larger cities don't charge that much for the same dish. We opted for half a duck, which was still a steep £35, and although it was decent, it came with insufficient pancakes and accompaniments. Save your money; there are plenty of better Chinese restaurants in the Holme Valley."

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, and the food was delightful. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. This was our first visit to Canton Chef in about five years. We chose a busy Saturday evening, with the restaurant fully booked and bustling. Despite the crowd, we had a wonderful experience, enjoying great service accompanied by smiles and delicious food. We even had a lovely conversation with the owner at the end of our meal. We will definitely be returning!

Appalling would be an understatement. I would give it a zero if there was an option. Unfortunately didn’t read the recent reviews before ordering from here. Food was very oily, bland and tasteless. Extremely overpriced. Bad customer service with a rude man taking orders on the phone. I definitely would urge people to spend their money elsewhere. Service: Delivery
