Instead, there was a distinct lack of personal touch. Maybe working at a vintage gas house isn't the best for employee morale, which could explain the staff's indifferent attitude. While the meat and fish dishes looked appealing, it seems that the vegan menu is more of a corporate requirement rather than something they genuinely care about delivering with the same quality as the regular menu."

amazing first meal at bugle horn . was an excellent customer service, I visited with my family and we all had the British bark burger and chocolate brownie and ice cream was the best. wil definitely again for the good eating

Last night there were 8 of us and honestly, it could not be happier with eating or service! Eating came in good time and tasted incredible! the staff was amazing, nothing was too much for them. fantastic pub, highly recommended. Voir le carte

Great pub serving excellent choice of foods, at competative prices. Good selection of beers and friendly staff. Large garden. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Interesting history relating to when Louis XVIII lived at the nearby Hartwell House Estate.

On Sunday, I had a fantastic experience at a frying spot and I was not disappointed! They offered a full vegan menu, and I was thrilled with the numerous options available. I also learned that I could request vegan gravy with my meal, which was a nice bonus!

I was disappointed to find that everything I wanted from the vegan menu was unavailable. I ended up ordering a very average vegan burger, which I could have easily made at home. It didn’t even come with vegan cheese. If they want to offer a vegan menu, they really need to do a better job with it. Voir le carte

the second time when it comes here and every time it was excellent. the first time had the fixed price menu fantastic deal. sukkulent lobster and prawn cocktail and 2 drinks. also had the Sunday roast beef and it was simply delicious, and again really good value. the staff could not be more friendly, helpful and efficient. will definitely be with the dog for a garden dinner in the sunshine.

Had an evening meal here, booking the table earlier in the day. Arrived and there was lots of parking. The table had plenty of space around it and the room didn't feel crowded. The food selection is varied, plenty of choice for everyone. Food was gorgeous, hot and well presented. The staff were friendly, but did seem a little rushed at times, although we still felt relaxed. A good place for a nice meal, just off the main road. Definitely recommend.
