I was extremely disappointed when The Bracebridge contacted me less than 24 hours before our scheduled celebratory breakfast with friends to cancel our reservation due to staffing issues. If we had been in communication with them, we would have known earlier that our booking was cancelled.

Lovely staff, even the kitchen staff were so friendly when I passed by a couple of them outside and in the restaurant too. The food was delicious.
