"I was really looking forward to dinner at this pub as it had been busy every night of our holiday. We got there at 7pm and already the specials had run out. I ordered the pie of the day, and at £14, I expected an individual pie, what I got was a very small slice of over cooked pie. It was obviously the last “slice” as it was removed from the board after I ordered it. The whole meal was a rip off, we had to wait to get seated at our table while the waitress argued with a bunch of sweary, drunk men who had decided to take our table and move our reservation to another table, right in the main thoroughfare. Then as we finished our drinks, the bingo started and the barman doing it decided to swear his way through the bingo calling and he obviously thought he was hilarious. All in all, an overpriced, disappointing family night out. I would avoid it if I were you."

Great find! The vegan fish and chips were wonderful. There is a vegan curry of the day and many more starters mains and puddings. Well worth a visit!

Brilliant pub, enjoyed a delicious Sunday dinner at a very reasonable price. Empty plates all round and great quality. Dog friendly and a good old fashioned proper pub .

This restaurant is a great choice for lunch with beautiful views overlooking the bay. The convenient car park makes it easy to visit. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly.

Nice pub been many times over the last 5 years while holidaying, I was a little bit disappointed with the price of the NON alcohol Guinness £5.90 from a can, the same price as normal Guinness from the pump,

Amazing. Seabass and salmon cooked to perfection. Welcoming and all cooked fresh and the dogs got plenty of cuddles. Travelled to many places and this is up there with five star hotels and major restaurants.

This restaurant offers a variety of delicious vegan options, including various starters, mains, and desserts. The portions are generous and the food is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly be returning again!

Plenty of choice, including starters and desserts. Enjoyed it so much here that I dined twice in one week. Tried the meditteranean platter, fish and chips, curry and Biscoff ice cream sundae. It 's no fancy food, but tasty and it 's great to have a few options.

The garlic mushrooms are fantastic! I highly recommend trying them. It seems that their vegan fish and chip supplier is currently not providing the vegan fish, so they are serving a vegan battered 'halloumi' instead. It was delicious, but I suggest only having it if you don't mind eating very oily foods, as it seemed to be deep-fried applewood cheese. The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable about alcohol. They have a great dessert selection, although we were too full to try any. Make sure to order the mushrooms if you visit! The restaurant is also very welcoming to dogs.

"I've been to Dylans in Menai Bridge and always enjoyed it not this time. For the first half of our visit there was a stinging blue haze hanging in the air; the kitchen extractors clearly weren't functioning properly. Fortunately this cleared for the second hour we were there. Now to the service; after taking our drinks orders we waited nearly 15 minutes for them. Later, after staff had passed our empty glasses 20 times, we managed to order some second drinks by catching their attention. The food was the main problem; minuscule starters of crab and Welsh rarebit. My pizza came as a real surprise (as others have mentioned in previous reviews); gone is the thin crusted, well filled pizza of the past. The pizza is now about 20% smaller and my daughter mentioned that it looked like a child's portion. However, the main problem was the total lack of filling; there was a huge gap for at least an inch all round the pizza which was just fluffy dough. There were five tiny mussels on it and when I picked the mussel shells up they were so overcooked the shells turned to carbonised dust. I counted three tiny slices of red chilli. As others have mentioned, I realise the industry is having a hard time the price of the pizzas haven't gone up but the quantity and quality has plummeted and I would rather pay more to enjoy my meal. The pudding order came and was wrong. When the hot cross bun pudding came out it was still only on the wrong side of lukewarm. Don't get me started on the price of a pint of Aspalls £7.25, a price I would expect to pay in London. And before Lisa R replies that they would have replaced a dish, it would have been replaced with a similar disappointing dish....and no one bothered to ask us if everything was OK either during or after the meal anyway."
