"I booked a table for 18 of us a few months ago, to hold my mums 70th birthday lunch at The Bell on 9th December. The staff were so welcoming on the day, and set up our own private area which worked really well. The food was all correct to what we pre ordered and apart from a small complaint about the steak, your team member Steven was very prompt and helpful and apologetic, and replaced it. Thank you to Steven, Richard and the team who looked after us all so well. Nothing was too much trouble, food was great and so was the service. I look forward to visiting again in the future! We had pre booked a table for my dads birthday. The food was delicious and all came out together. The staff were friendly and attentive and even though there was 11 of us nothing was too much trouble. We even had our own seating area. The tables were beautifully decorated and festive.
