Christmas Eve, friendly, efficient, helpful. Outstanding food and service, faultless cuisine. A night to remember, value for money and lovely ambient environment.

We were a group with different tastes and dietary requirements which were easily accommodated by the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would return!

I was craving curry and decided to try a restaurant outside of my area. I ordered 4 main courses and even though we had to wait 25 minutes longer than expected, the food was fantastic and we all enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place. Voir le carte

Not been here for years. The place has not changed. The entrance is really not very inviting. Once in the lounge area is ok. the drinks are good. The food we had was fabulous. The seating area inside the restaurant is not great. I felt like in a school hall. However the service was good and the food was. Would definitely get a takeaway.

The restaurant is average, with courteous staff and delicious food. However, on two occasions, the bill has been inaccurate by a significant amount, enough to cover the cost of a couple more main dishes. This was disappointing and I will be avoiding this place for a while. Make sure to carefully check your bill when it is presented to you.

Located on the A58 close to Stubble Hall (private residence) This restaurant does not look much from the roadside, but walk down the steps and through the door and the building transforms like Doctor Who's Tardis. The food at this restaurant is consistently good, but I was concerned to see that not all staff and waiters were wearing face masks. One overweight waiter in particular seemed unaware of the ongoing pandemic, as he was touching people, leaning over them when serving, and even coughing without a mask. I hope that this issue is addressed before I consider returning to dine here.

Went here for the first time last Thursday in a party of 11 to celebrate the birthday of our 9 yr old granddaughter.Venue chosen by her and good choice.A bit lacking in atmosphere but it was 17:00!!Food was considered good by everyone, if not exceptional, although I thoroughly enjoyed my dish Afghani chicken(?)with a jalfrezi sauce, butter rice and paratha.Will certainly go again

So it’s highly rated. That’s good. High expectations? Perhaps. On the good side, the food was fine, portions were great. The masala was a bit runny lots of sauce and very sweet (I was told). Staff were friendly although the trainee wanted to take drinks and plates away before you’d finished. The space is quite bare. There’s not so much atmosphere. It’s trying to be minimalist but doesn’t quite hit that for me. The thing was that I found a stray chip in my karahi. No one at our table had chips. Where had it come from? I asked an experienced staff member who laughed saying they have the meals stacked up in the kitchen and it must have fallen in. Well what else could have fallen in? I thought.... Voir le carte
