Thai Square Putney Bridge

The best Thai food I've enjoyed in a long time. It's a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant; you won't be disappointed!

I come to this place many time and eating and the personal is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place if you want a good time for a nice diner in a quiet opposite.

Really nice place. Food tasted amazing especially the starters! The staff was really friendly and the cocktail was super tasty. Would recommend! Only gave it 4 stars just because it is a little pricey but was really good.

The place was cosy with a very good atmosphere. Food was good but a bit over priced in my opinion. But we had a great table of 6 in a great position. Overall I'm satisfy with the experience just a bad side its the price you pay .

The restaurant offers a stunning view of Putney Bridge, where you can watch double-decker buses cross the bridge as you dine—a truly iconic London experience. As for the food, it's fantastic! The drunk noodles are not only incredibly flavorful but also pack a delightful punch!

£80+ dinner for two without alcohol is higher than expected. Food tasted nice and authentic, slightly heavy with the fish sauce and sugar if your palate can withstand. Would recommend the king prawn red curry Overall service was good, staff were polite. But food was not value for money.

For appetizers, we sampled a variety of dishes, including steamed dumplings served with a sweet dipping sauce, deep-fried squid, soft shell crab, and a delicious papaya salad. For our main course, we indulged in the fantastic Chu Chu prawns, prawn Pad Thai, red curry with prawns, and jasmine rice—all of which were exquisite. The restaurant was pleasantly uncrowded, and the view of the river added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this place!

We had a brilliant time with family at Thai Rice. Great atmosphere, really great service, the ladies that served us were super, the venue was nice venue especially as we had nice view of Riverside. We felt very relaxed and comfortable. Only thing that let it down was the food. For instance my beef stir fry dish was slightly dry, the pad Thai was burnt and starters were bit bland. The only thing I liked was spring rolls and rice. I wasn't overly keen on the dessert. But the waitresses were really good and quickly replaced burnt pad thai. On the whole brilliant service, great venue but food wasn't up to much.

I’ve never left a review for anything less than 3 stars and even 3 stars is very rare. Unfortunately a recent lunch I had at Thai Square was one of the worst meals I’ve had for a very long time. We started by ordering the calamari and dumplings. The calamari was so tough and chewy that we had to send it back. The pork and prawn dumplings had a very strong seafood smell to them which made me worry about how fresh the prawns they used were, so I couldn’t eat anymore than one of those. We ordered a Thai curry and stir fry for our mains which were ok, but really didn’t live up to the price were were charged for them.
