ROOM: we stayed in a suite which, apart from perhaps its size, had nothing about it: empty fridge bar, no coffee machine and/or kettle, modest shower towels, no courtesy set (hair cap, body cream, cotton buds, etc. , in the toilet and bidet area there wasn't even a bar of soap or a dispenser for using the bidet itself, a weak old generation hairdryer (namely the ones hanging on the wall . SPA: renovated and functional (except the Kneipp path . The outdoor swimming pool with built-in hydromassage is very beautiful. Unfortunately, the relaxation rooms cannot enjoy the name they have, as they are used by 90% of guests as a passage between the internal and external areas, being equipped with windows (always open overlooking the external lawn. DINNER: very refined cuisine both in terms of plating and taste: very simple but good dishes. Lots of choice on the wine list. BREAKFAST: very varied, perhaps the distribution needs to be reviewed as both the juicer area and the hot tea area were hidden from the main buffet. Quality products. Posizione perfetta per le escursioni a piedi o in ebike sul sentiero del castagno e raggiungere i masi in quota. Area benessere con diverse opzioni, piscina all'aperto e trattamento massaggi a base di erbe e miele di castagna. Bellissime le suite con terrazzo. Grande attenzione agli ospiti da parte dello staff. Soggiornato per alcuni giorni ai primi di agosto. Non ho trovato riscontro alle recensioni molto positive degli altri ospiti. La struttura non corrisponde alle aspettative di un hotel a 4 stelle. A parte la zona benessere il resto dell'hotel è vecchio oppure rimodernato in economia le piastrelle del bagno in plastica non si possono vedere!! Clientela esclusivamente di lingua tedesca ma nessuna recensione in questa lingua! Mah! Sconsiglio vivamente!!!

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie in questo hotel l'ultima settimana di agosto, e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata assolutamente entusiasmante! Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo le diverse esperienze proposte dalla struttura, dalle escursioni ai consigli culturali ed enogastronomici. Una menzione in particolare merita la cucina, ricercata e variegata, mai banale e assolutamente deliziosa. Ogni sera era dedicata ad una tipologia di cucina specifica (cena alle erbe, alle castagne, alla tirolese), e questo sicuramente aumenta il valore dell'offerta. Il centro benessere offre numerose possibilità di trattamento, soprattutto massaggi, mentre la piscina (sia esterna che interna), con la sua acqua abbast...
