The absence of a payment option on the app raised questions about the purpose of having a menu without a convenient payment method. The atmosphere was decent, although it tended to get overcrowded. Luckily, there was ample space to move around comfortably. The evening entertainment featuring belly dancers added a unique and enjoyable element. The shisha experience was pleasing, offering a variety of flavorful options and the coal was consistently replenished. However, the two-hour time limit was a drawback. As soon as our time was up, the bill was promptly placed on the table, which felt a bit rushed. Keep this in mind if you plan to stay longer than two hours. On a positive note, the availability of free parking was a convenient perk for those traveling by car. In conclusion, Syon Lounge is a nice place to enjoy with friends, offering good food, shisha and entertainment. Just be aware of the time limit if you prefer a more leisurely experience. The food at this restaurant is incredible, and the shisha is the best I have ever had. This place definitely deserves all the praise it gets. I highly recommend it to everyone. 10/10.

Guys, I never ate such a great short rip, Trüffel Fries ect. The Food was AMAZING. That is definitely a place worth to visit, we even went their twice on our 4 days trip to London !!! To the Kitchen Chefs I love Your food. I came from Germany and would come again for SURE and see London for U guys. Service und atmosphere was also bombastic. More than satisfied !!! A regular place I visited many times. Food drinks service always good. Certain days been told they're not serving hot food so if like me you travel from far call and find out in advance. Sheesha is nice, most flavours available. Parking: If you're staying in Hilton syon Park it's free parking as it's part of the same terrace as syon lounge. This used to be a nice place to visit a while back but now they think they are too Bouijee. I made a booking for x4 and paid £100 deposit. They then charged us service charge of £12 without informing us and when trying to remove this, the guy with the peaky blinder cap said you have to spend £200 to remove this service charge which is quite appalling. At no time did anyone state this to me or even inform me. The service I received was next to nothing. Probably would never waste my time coming here again.
