Very pleasant staff and nice relaxed atmosphere, sadly the food was quite mediocre and far too Sally for my taste.

I get takeout from this place every week and it's always delicious, especially the Madras! The staff is friendly as well. 100% recommend.

Tried Swaadesh for the first time , very impressed, great food , wide selection and some different dishes great value too . You can take your own alcohol which saves money too

My family and I have had numerous excellent takeaways delivered from the restaurant so decided to pop in on a Monday evening. Friendly staff, a good choice on the menu. The food was excellent and taking your own alcohol is a bonus.

I could not fault the food it was lovely but the service was shocking. Slamming our food in the table cleaning up around us and making us feel uncomfortable! This was supposed to a special meal for my friends son who was back from Australia after four years! We paid for the set menu and wasn’t served a dessert just demanded to pay! Had a takeaway for the first time from here, poppadoms tasted greasy, onion bhajis were soggy, chicken tikka Ceylon was just crazy hot with no decernable taste, chicken tikka masala was extremely overpoweringly sweet, absolute rubbish! My first attempt at a curry at home was way better than this bin fodder! Cut out the middle man and throw your money in the bin which is pretty much what I've just done.

Well what a fantastic restaurant! Staff very helpful the place is very clean and well organised! I ordered to eat out and it was for four of us plus starters and mains and it was fab ! Chicken is always a tricky one to master for takeaways but this place has it spot on I had the garlic shahi Baltic and my god it was cooked to perfection! If you are looking for a tasty treat locally then this is perfect and with an extra 10% off if you collect too I just have no complaints at all, great place I highly recommend, keep up the good work fellas don’t slip like other places nearby !!!

A football game at the Etihad brought to this Indian in Stalybridge. It's location at the end of a shopping precinct was strange as was the dark (early evening) interior which was mostly empty. We were put right at the back where the poor lighting made it even darker. Service by a single gentlemen was efficient but not particularly personable. The food started well and we were given ample amounts of dip to accompany our poppadums. The curries however were a little disappointing. My son and I ordered very different curries but they looked and tasted very similar. My Jaipur dish was dominated by red peppers there was no mention of them in the menu description!
