We had a fantastic evening at the restaurant with delicious food and excellent customer service. Special thanks to Emily and the entire staff for making our evening so enjoyable.

I received a warm welcome at lunchtime. The staff was very attentive and polite. I enjoyed a great meal, selecting from their extensive menu. The desserts were delicious as well! The food was competitively priced. Thank you again! I will definitely be returning soon!

The kind lady that served us was called sugar. Although I didn't ask, I think she may have been the manager (if not she should be). Sugar accommodated our dietary needs and made us feel very welcome. Her upbeat attitude made our nights. Thank you for a great experience

Our evening was made enjoyable by the company we had. The food was good, and we pre-ordered the Christmas menu which was fine. However, the waiting staff were not knowledgeable about the difference between cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce, which could have been dangerous if someone with allergies had accidentally consumed the wrong one. There were 4 of us including my 96 year old mother. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The meals were fine and 3 of us had a desert, my mother didn’t want any on the menu but would have liked a sorbet, within a short time a sorbet was brought out to her, they had managed to find some and were not charged for it. We felt this was very thoughtful and kind and are grateful.

Would never come again. The restaurant was more or less dead and we still waited over an hour just for our starters. The food come out cold and was just overall not nice. Was suppose to have an all American burger and got a chicken burger with a streak off bacon. Staff need to go and have some more training in customer service, not polite what so ever. Don’t reccomend coming here.

Just been to the pub to eat and, despite there being several (5+ tables free with no reserved signs on, and according to the website saying food is served until 9pm, I was told they were not taking any more bookings. I asked if all the tables were booked and the response was “we are not taking any more bookings”. 300 miles from home and we’re now walking into the centre of Horsham, which we don’t know, to find an alternative place to eat!!!!!!!!
