"Overall a good place if you are craving sushi after many meals of pasta. Decent fish quality. Rice felt slightly undercooked but I am guessing that was on purpose to match how Italians cook their pasta. My wife and I visited here for lunch. We got 7 pieces of nigiri, 1 handroll sushi, 2 rolls, and a small bowl of ramen. All of them were of good quality. Nothing was exceptional but also no major disappointment. One waiter was serving all 8 tables, and she looked a bit overwhelmed. After our order arrived, it took us a good 10 min or so until we could ask for wasabi. We were also unable to grab her attention to get some more water during our meal. I dont think it is her fault though the restaurant probably should hire one more waiter. Excellent location. Probably in good weather you will also be able to occupy the very pleasant outdoor space. Excellent tasty dishes with absolutely quality ingredients. I frequent the place both for dinner and for take away, the staff is always friendly and attentive, the dishes are excellent both for the cooking and for the raw materials. Wide choice but not exaggerated like other competing places, the menu is well studied and understandable. Prices appropriate to the quality and service offered. I advise! We went to the sushibar on the evening of August 29, 2023. It was a wonderful experience. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and high quality food. I highly recommend this place to anyone who lives in Siena or for those passing through like us.
