Everything is freshly prepared, some ingredients can be seen in the shop window at the entrance. The selection is large and inexpensive absolutely within the frame. You can sit in a cozy ambience or pick up the food by pre-ordering. There is a happy hour for many cocktails that I find quite inappropriate for Sushi and have not yet tried. The operation becomes all the more open, but you are always helpful and nicely served."

it is one of the places that they can try a good sushi in weimar if they get bored by typical and local German foods, I recommend them to try it

weimar has not many options when it comes to sushi, but that is the best definitiw. They have the usual choice, fish is always fresh. her cocosnus bael dessert is delicious

Bestes Sushi der Stadt, Reservierung eines Tisches bei mehr als 4 Personen ist zu empfehlen.Bei vollen Restaurant muß man schon mal eine Wartezeit, auf das Sushi, von 1 Stunde in Kauf nehmen,aber man wird bei der Bestellung vom Servicepersonal darauf hingewiesen.

I love this place. The menu has a variety of sushi and some specialties. Everything is freshly prepared. The atmosphere is relaxed and the prices are moderate. The place is not too big, so it might happen that all tables are occupied. In this case...you also have to wait longer for your order. I recommend the maki with philadelphia!

I was always of the opinion that Sushi does not come better than in Vancouver and other West Coast cities. But this place, in the East German town of Weimar, was a total surprise and a far cry from the poisonous rubbish that pretends to...be Japanese food in Eastern Europe (think Ukraine). Every bit as good as my Vancouver experience, the food was immaculately prepared and presented, and service was easy going along with the ambience. The price wasn't bad too, and the lunchtime specials a steal.

We went to this restaurant on a recommendation, we only tried the lunch menu. We thought the place lacked ambience but, this could have been because we were there at the end of the lunch period. The lunch we chose was one of the bento...boxes, we were a party of 8 and although we chose different no's , we were all served the same miso soup and we had to look closely to see the difference between boxes. Still the sushi, was fresh and well presented, I would try this place again and hope for a livelier atmosphere,
