This is a first class fish shop, not many shops like this! Service 5 stars , always friendly, food fresh and tasty Have been coming for years and it’s never disappointed us, we won’t go anywhere else and we always recommend to others

I often get into the chips and I'm always surprised when I eat it. it is always hot and fresh and had never problems in person. whether I have a few meats, big fish, chicken bites even a small chip, they always taste great. never in the rule the type of person to leave a review, especially one so much spoken, but this place deserves it safely. Used to be well run and a pleasure to visit, however now, unfortunately, a bit tatty, with lack of attention to detail. Not helped by Customers being allowed to eat food whilst hanging over the counter awaiting more food. Portions now verging on the minute and accordingly much over-priced, not particularly enjoyable. Such a shame for what used to be a 'valued asset ' in the village.

Best chippy in the area...we have delivery and it's always hot when we receive in Crabbs Cross. My partner had the mixed kebab wrap which is huge! I'm surprised they make money of it its so big and could easily feed two! Fish is lovely and the chips and curry sauce are great. Tastes as good as fish n chips by the sea. Delivery is on time and staff are really friendly. We use them all the time for a treat and highly recommended

I have been to this Chippy a few times since Theo and his wife left and St Valentines day we had fish and chips curry sauce and mushy peas and the meal was not good. the fish was over cooked and at the prices i expect better, now, i only buy chips and possibly a battered sausage so all is good except, The Bullying ! constant criticism from the younger man to the older Man.
