"It was extremely cold in the restaurant. We and many other guests have very frozen. Some tables were changed, hoping for a warmer place. Unfortunately, it was very cold everywhere. Guests sat over the shoulders with jackets and cloths. On request, we were told that the heating would be on stage 5. Eating was okay. Tiramisu was sadly mad, so spoiled. It was not apologised or asked if we want anything else. My colleague lacked the warm vanilla sauce during dessert. The way to the restaurant is not accessible by car. So a decent walk with two foot-patients. That was probably our fault, because we had not inquired before. After two hours the parking lot is paid. Unfortunately we didn't have a cozy evening there."

"We asked a table by phone with 5 adults and a child on Wednesday at 9 p.m., confirming that a meal would still be possible without problems. On site we received a friendly service, which made us a table on the terrace (on our request). The demand for two antipasti plates was confirmed on friendly demand due to the time of the kitchen. The antipasti corresponds to a good price performance ratio beautifully designed for an Italian restaurant, however, not particularly qualitative and in comparison rather moderate. However, as I said, it is reasonable. However, the main feed was not satisfactory: The steaks (wanted: medium) were both absolutely grilled and simply dead. In my opinion, the croquettes correspond to a very low price level. The noodles were tastefully not good and a portion remained completely. At the end of this (absolutely friendly and factual) hint was lapidar said: then we probably didn't have their taste... to the steaks it was explained that it was passed on to the kitchen. We have ordered several rounds of Sambuca beside the food and drinks. Apparently, there was dissatisfaction in the restaurant under the staff and it was loudly disputed. Despite an invoice of about 200 euros plus Tips were not offered to the house either. Overall, the service is rated as friendly but not dealing with criticism. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the restaurant and will also avoid it on the next holiday. Shame hopefully, the criticism is taken into account and the following guests have more “lucky”."

"we were there with friends tonight. we agreed that the service was miserable. the tellers were not cleared, it took forever until we could order something, we had to ask for cutlery, this was then annoyed to the table. even when there were hardly any guests in the restaurant, there was no question whether we would like to order something, even the table was not cleared. the whole atmosphere has worked on our evening. aside from the fact that no waiter has spoken German correctly, no one has been interested in whether it has tasted us (it was salted) or whether otherwise iwas not in order. we will not go to dinner again."
