"On this early Sunday evening the Brousko is already well visited, a reservation is absolutely recommended. The guest room is modern in warm colours. Main dishes are between 15 to 26 euros, the service is efficient. "Maybe it's a women's café - but that doesn't have anything negative. an English caffe, that has not had karlsruhe for a long time. with woman karle that changed. she once an art historian has made her true passion for profession, bake cake. but who is wondering? also her mother has a name for it in karlsruhe. at the daughter, everything is a little English. the cakes have a British touch and the tee is typical English. there are scones and high tea. an absolute pleasure. dog friends are particularly welcome, because the chefin is a professional dog friend. the caffe is lovingly decorated."

"After 2 recent excellent meals and experience at Brick + Bone, I will go back again for more. The restaurant is a welcome addition to Karlsruhe's dining options, and the interior space is beautifully designed. The service is attentive -- the staff knows the menu in detail and advises well on it -- and the perfectly cooked and fresh steak is prepared in the way I wanted and expected it to be prepared. The current wines on offer by the glass are excellent for the food offered, in my view. The overall wine list is incredible (bring reading glasses!).Recommendation to restaurant -- would appreciate a pommes offering that includes thinner French style 'pomme frites' in addition to the thicker 'homemade' style on offer currently. Also would be good to offer the spinach side (olive oil?) without as much cream so it's a bit lighter, to be paired with meat.I'm writing this review in hopes that this restaurant can survive and prosper in the difficult Karlsruhe restaurant business -- we want this place to be more well known locally. In short, I want to have this place continue to be a great option for me when I want excellent steak, sides, and good wine, with friendly and knowledgable service."
