There was no update about my order even though I kept checking 'track order '. It wouldn 't show 'out for delivery ' at all. A little disappointing. Tried phoning the shop but my call wasn 't answered.

The fish and chips were delicious and served hot, but the large donner kebab on chips was not worth the price. The container was mostly filled with chips and had a much smaller portion of kebab meat than expected.

So we order from this shop a lot and tonight it was the worse the fish stunk and tasted funny! We call them just for them to say we’ll come and pick a new one up! Like if I wanted to pick up I wouldn’t of got a delivery Voir le carte

More interested in online orders than customers in shop its a joke waited 30 mins while they carried on doing online orders for them to say sorry for the wait.get yourselves organised have staff doing online orders but also 1 to do customers in shop

Came here to pick up a few bits for lunch. Fishcake and cod roe freshly fried were okay. The pie was so disappointing all dried up on the lid and slightly burnt. Most likely been under the heating like too long. Lady serving the food was even chewing gum whilst wrapping the food horrific! (Especially during this pandemic!

Donner meat wasn't as nice as it usually is, not much flavour and loads of bits of bone which hurt my teeth when I bit down on them. Salad was lacking, it was fresh, just not much of it and NO tomatoes as per usual. If they don't want to use them they should take them off the salad options. Food was delivered on time, but not very hot, only warm. Voir le carte

I ordered 3 large sausages and a family portion of chips. It was 6pm so hours before they were due to close. When I got home 2 sausages were fine but the third was stale and inedible and the chips were stone cold and stale. It’s a shame as it’s been nice the week before. I had tried to call straight away but gave up after calling 10 times and being cut off each time. I was so disappointed as I always try and support local business but won’t be going back.

Pooor quality of fish we have ever had so far Fish coating is so bland and no crunch to it ..it’s just the gram flour..ordered masala fish and there is no masala in there..honestly we used to love the fish from stoby’s at Farnham road but from now it’s the last time we ordered..on our recommendation fronds used to come from all over places to eat here specially but will never recommend it now..with this quality and taste of food is minting money and the store should no longer be open..

Absolutely terrible Worst fish and chip shop I have ever eaten from I ordered battered sausage and chips OMG these people can not cook. You are cooking with the oil too hot the outside is burnt and inside the sausage is raw. After arriving home I have been on my toilet several times I feel sick. Please learn to cook properly. Hopefully the local food standards agency looks at your reviews here and investigates like I said it has made me feel unwell.... if you continue to operate this takeaway like this you are going to make people seriously ill...
