"It was a quiet afternoon when we visited the restaurant. We ordered steaks, burgers, and for appetizers, wings and chicken cheese balls. My daughter enjoyed her burger, describing it as flavourful with the right amount of sauce and fresh, hot chips. My steak was cooked to my preference with fresh, hot, chunky chips. However, the steak lacked flavour, and the onion gravy was watery and didn't enhance the dish. I had to use salt and pepper to salvage it as it was our first meal of the day. The chicken cheese balls were mostly cheese and potato with very little chicken. What was truly disappointing was the response we received when we provided feedback to our server. We were told we were the first to complain out of over 100 customers served that day. This is an inappropriate and unprofessional way to handle customer feedback. All three of us have a combined experience of over 30 years in the retail and food industry, and this response was neither nice nor professional."

Salwa and Jaffey offered great customer service. The food was great too. I tried the Philly Sandwich and it was delicious. Kids were super happy with their kids meal. Would definitely recommend Steak out Luton

If you want to be disgusted and put off a restaurant please visit absolutely rank Response Thank you for your response it wasn’t a frustrating experience, it was disappointing as I was with my children and they where looking forward to a nice lunch the waiter had the opportunity to discuss this on the day, he asked if we wanted to take it away as the food was barely touched and I responded that the food was shockingly disgusting, he just ignored the fact that we was there for 15 min including time to make the food, and paying close to a £100 Nevertheless It doesn’t matter now. I am not removing my review sorry
