Great Indian restaurant on the Welford Road. They have a huge selection of dishes from different regions. Service is friendly and efficient, and the food is excellent. Portions are pretty big. This place was busy so I would recommend booking. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Voir le carte

So, Leicester has loads of good places to have a curry, and this deffinately is one of them, and up at the top of the list. It's my go to for a take away and I've never been dispointed. Good food, good service at a good price. Service: Take out Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

I always feel special when I dine here. The food and service are consistently top-notch. The takeout is excellent as well. Thank you! As for the vegetarian options, I haven't tried them myself, but they certainly look tempting as I've seen other diners enjoying their meals. Given a table in the window, felt like goldfish everyone passing by looking in. Food was average not sure the about hype in the press. Ordered Veg karahi, when the order came it was veg korma it was too late to send back after we had taken curry in our plate. It was mentioned at the end when the waiter came to pick up our plates that we were given wrong curry. Albeit the waiter did take the cost of the wrong curry off the bill. Our overall opinion was the food is very average in taste.

The food was too salty to my taste and I didn’t expect the chicken tikka to be salty. This was the first time I had Indian food that was salty. One of the dipping sauces in the hors d’œuvres was super salty too. And by « salty » I mean « not balanced » and « not good for health ». I might have ordered a wrong dish. They might have nailed other dishes but apparently there’re some dishes they need to work on how to control the level of saltiness. The service was great by the way.
