visited this little load today and was very impressed. the nice lady served didn't speak much English, but we could communicate well enough. I came with half a frikkazie, which was crispy and oily and simply perfect. I picked up a bottle of limoncello, some olives and a Gf tart. all locally produced products that are beautiful. I also noticed a bar/restaurant on the same place selling gf panini and sandwiches that I also come from this invite. yum!

We were visiting my cousins while staying in the area. We had never been to Finalborgho before and it 's a charming town with lots of shops and restaurants. As we were walking through the main square, my cousin said make sure you eat at Sotto Il Santo, they make some of the best pasta ever. The next day, we returned and enjoyed one of the best pasta meals ever. (I know, sounds like hyperbole but hear me out). It was an incredibly hot day so we just wanted a pasta dish. What we got was incredible. My wife ordered a simple spaghetti with tomatoes and olives. I ordered the tagliatelle with fresh anchovies, tomatoes, pine nuts and fresh capers.
