I have been a long serving customer for sokury for many years now they have excellent prices and really good quality fresh sushi £10 for salmon sushi set is great value. The only downside is the location it not in central town centre but apart from that it is perfect. Voir le carte

We order from Sokury every week and it never disappoints. We are completely converted to Japanese takeaway now and never order anything else. The orange chicken is particularly delicious. My children love the Katsu curry. Pleased to be able to support a small local business

I´m a recrurrent client of Sokury, most of the times ordering via Deliveroo. The food is really good, nice hot dishes and very fresh and nice sushi. Not top cuisine, but taking into perspective that is a small takeaway, it is really good. My children are big fans and it never disappoints.

The meals I have had here have always been delicious, and super reasonably priced. the interior of the shop is very humble but captures Japanese culture. service is also great and the staff are lovely. their option for deliveroo delivery is also great and food always tastes fresh on arrival. We love this place! Looks pretty unassuming but the food is great. Korean/Japanese. Good selection of pre packed dumpling and Sushi. The hot food is served from a counter into round pots. Rice or noodles with a generous topping. My husband loves the chilli chicken, my favourite is a sort of chicken curry with potatoes. The portions are good. I can't finish a standard, let alone a large. Much better quality and berrer value than an average takeaway.

Ordered takeaway delivery via deliveroo today from Sokury which was simple and quick. I didn't buy much but the price still seemed reasonable including delivery. The food took a while to get to me with the deliveroo tracker's ETA not being updated. It eventually arrived and the food was ok. Good value for money but I wouldn't describe the food as amazing. I wouldn't get takeaway from here again although I have a feeling I would have a different experience eating in.

We’d been recommended this place by a friend so we thought we’d give it a go. Everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered a few side dishes prawns, spring rolls and edamame beans. Our mains were chicken teriyaki, sweet chilli chicken and katsu curry. Everything was delicious and flavoursome. The sweet chilli was pretty spicy! We went large and the portion sizes were really good. You can choose between rice and noodles with all the main dishes. Would definitely order from here again. Voir le carte
