"First of all, the service was outstanding. The staff was attentive and very accommodating. The presentation of the food was beautiful, but unfortunately, it lacked flavor. This was disappointing because when I visited Fellpack in 2018, the food was memorably exceptional. I was really looking forward to my return, but I left feeling let down. I ordered the lamb tagine, which the staff highly recommended. While it was the most flavorful of the three dishes, it still didn't have the punch or depth of seasoning I was hoping for. We were part of a large group but were seated at two separate tables. This was fine since they had informed us in advance. However, the food for the smaller table came out much later, despite some dishes being the same. It felt as if we had been overlooked or that our order had been submitted on two different tickets without noting we were part of the same group. Either way, it was not an acceptable experience. Overall, while the service was excellent, it's truly unfortunate that the quality of the food has diminished."

"Location, service and food were good. Problem was that of the 7 of us that dined there on Saturday night, 6 were vomiting by the next morning. Not been this ill in 20 years, and just recovering 24hrs later. The common denominator was maybe the olives to start. Real shame as it’s a lovely place with good service and food. I’ve got to question the hygiene practices after such an experience as I’ve been fortunate to never have had gastroenteritis in the UK, as I’m usually very careful. The added irony is that I’m a Gastroenterologist."

"We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while wandering around enjoying the Christmas lights. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the variety of dishes was excellent. We shared a small selection of tapas and each had a main dish. The flavors overall were fantastic and the level of spice was just right, although the meatballs were a bit tough. The atmosphere was great, and it was really cool to see a working SNES set up, although I didn't have a chance to play. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again. The price per person is around £20-30. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Quesadillas, Meatballs, Olives."

"These guys here are absolutely fantastic! We've always received a warm and friendly welcome, I don't have images from the last trip but we've been here around 7 times over the last few years and it's a must for when we visit Keswick! Located less than a minutes walk from Keswick's famous Moot Hall, it's situated right next to a beautiful stream which with the weather being nice is a fantastic place to sit for a coffee, bike stop, breakfast or lunch! The cafe itself is really cute with a great varied menu with something for everyone! With breakfast, burgers, ramen, cakes and desserts etc It's all Vegan and made onsite fresh by the staff who you can tell put a lot of care and attention into the food and the business itself. They have a few things you can buy, like chocolates and local produce and some fine art on the wall from local lake District artists. Definitely recommend!"

"We visited the Square Orange three times during our stay in the area. We have been here several times over the years and each time we have received excellent service, food, and drinks. It was no different on these occasions – absolutely fabulous. On two occasions, we had dinner and drinks, and on the other, we just had coffee. During our visits, we tried the 'Pizza of the Moment', several tapas, olives, baked camembert, and a selection of beers. The staff provided excellent service on every visit – they are friendly, polite, and helpful. The restaurant always seems to be busy, which is a good sign that they are doing things right. Despite being busy, the staff is still very attentive and appears to pride themselves on providing excellent service. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, and the background music is just right. The food is well-cooked and tasty, with a thin pizza crust that is perfect. They offer a good selection of beers, both on tap and bottled, with several local options. The coffee was also very enjoyable. Considering the size of the restaurant, it's impressive how they maintain such consistent excellent service. We will definitely be returning when we are next in the area. We loved it."
