Despite the communication difficulties, the service is courteous and kind and the dishes offered are good and fresh and prepared on sight by two young sushi men. As usual we follow the sheep..!! All negative reviews made 2 weeks ago... based on one article?? Do you know if things really happened like this? I have simply been a customer for years and I can confirm that the food has not killed us (especially the children who have always exaggerated with the portions, nothing has ever happened). I was doubtful given the latest negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! We went on a Friday evening and spent 24 euros each including water and cover charge. Really delicious rice and good quality fish. They have more vegetarian options than average, although the nori tofu option written on the menu doesn't actually exist anywhere in the chain. Service quite slow for an all you can eat but it helps you eat at the right time and the lady serving is very kind despite the difficulties with the language. Excellent experience and worth repeating

Let's start from the assumption that for me if you close tomorrow you make a better impression, the respect you have towards customers as in this case concerns me and I also speak up about the rest of the place and that is that I sit down at 8.30 and receive food at 10.00 despite the immediate delivery of the order and you gave us two dishes and they disappeared for at least 45 minutes as they were busy managing the deliveries and then on a 20in of seats 3 of us behind a counter making sushi and a waiter who takes away the dishes with still some food without even understanding what he is doing and despite this you have another couple next to me not even 1 meter away given the short distances...

Really bad experience...we arrive at the restaurant at 9pm they sit us at a table for 2 and at a distance of not even 3cm there is another table where they seat another couple...it felt like we were at the table together, which is not the case on Valentine's Day the best because maybe a couple wants to be intimate for an evening...however, among one thing and another, a bit of conversation with the neighborhood was inevitable given that the evening was now becoming more and more disappointing, so we decided to have a couple laugh with themso as not to cry!
