"I love finding new places to eat, and this will be one that I will be visiting more often when we are in Germany. The restaurant is a little bit hidden and quite small but worth searching and trying to get a table! We tried on spec and we were lucky. We had Lamucan as a starter and a mixed meat platter which had a spiced lamb burger, a lamb chop and a lamb kebap. The main course was served with a lovely homemade Fladenbrot.A meal for 2 with drinks and a shared dessert came to €51"

Truly great Turkish cuisine. The place itself seems a bit out of the way, but really worth the visit.

The food and the service at Saz is excellent. The owner is personally greeting every customer. The food was in our opinion the best of its kind in Braunschweig.

The place is small, and not visible from the main traffic roads, but it's absolutely worth a visit. Very good Turkish food, probably the best in BS, and warm, polite service. The owner of this family-driven restaurant is very kind. I will surely return regularly.

Never tried before coz I heard it's difficult to find a table as they are well booked in advance. This time someone else had organized a table and I was happy to be there for the first time.Good food, friendly atmosphere and the little extra which made us so welcome.I'll definitely go there again and will not grumble to wait a bit - it's worth while. We have visited the restaurant because it was recommended by some friends. We had a very nice warm welcome. The menu is very vast containing a lot of choices which differ only slightly. The starter was very good. The main dish was good and tasty. However there is a very limited choice of desserts which were not really convincing. The service was very ambivalent: from very good and attentive to rather limited.

We booked at 4.30 on a Sunday and managed to get a table for 5. This is quite fortunate as previously we had tried to pre book and was told that it was fully booked. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We shared the aubergine starter and the lamb Shish kebab. Both were excellent and had wonderful flavour. A lot of tables were reserved when we entered, so I can only strongly suggest booking on the day if you're not successful otherwise. A definite must try.

"Yesterday, I was happy to eat here on the opening day. an authentic Japanese restaurant. many people I would think: now, still load a sushi, we didn't feel 20 brownish? irrtum! sushi is looking for her on the menu of forgiveness. here they can eat hot dishes from the japan all day. from donburi to various sprinkling to delicious desserts. at the beginning we have edamame (a delicious bean snack to the evening beer, traditional Japanese) and since the opening was still a glass champagne. my cucumber should enjoy the wakame udon (the thickest Japanese noodles with Dashi soup, fried tempura and wakame (Japanese alga.) I ordered a delicious teishoku dish. a delicious combination of a main dish and several supplements, rice and fresh mix. to the supplements there was a delicious Japanese carving with a spicy sauce and an salad. on the map you will also find a Japanese beer, whisky, conjak, tees and sake. but I had chosen a Japanese refreshment drink. not too sweet and refreshing. the personal was nice, friendly and courteous. authentic japanese. but they are all (if the time is) to have for a small stiel. the kitchen is occupied by an experienced Japanese cook. they are probably not found anywhere else in Lower Saxony. I could only taste many dishes in london, japan or düsseldorf. I hope to eat here with the time through the whole card. I can only say: itadakimasu!"
