The soy milk broth was delicious and I loved all the various toppings, there was sweet potato, fried renkon, wakame, fresh snap peas and some sweet marinated soy chunks, which added a very interesting touch. Not the cheapest dish (12,90 € but quite a big portion, not really authentically Japanese as well but overall I loved it very much. Staff was super nice and knowledgeable about veganizing as well."

Did not know that the egg comes by default, so you must tell them that they leave it. The broth, noodles and beats were good, but it tasted a little too much like roasted sesame oil for my pleasure
