"It's my fourth time at this restaurant and it hasn't disappointed yet. The majority of complaints I've seen are one, parking, the nearest garage is 0.5km (seriously walk a little). The second is the portions are too small. Okay this is where I get annoyed, these are people that rate McDonalds 5 stars. It's Indian food, you should order a few starters to accent the main course. Here is a tip; get your choice of naan bread, we like garlic. Also, samosas are delicious and a fried chickpea battered choice is good. Now, order your main course and dip some naan in that delectably spicy curry sauce your lamb vindaloo is soaking in. If the portions are too small, order desert."

"First I must praise this establishment for it's diverse, delicious, house-made, and made-from-scratch menu. On weekdays they have a sampler lunch special which is set daily that rotates through their menu for 12€, that always includes assortments of lamb (1), chicken (2), vegetable (3), dessert, naan (Indian bread), chutney, yogurt, tamarind sauce, etc (they have an alternate vegetarian version).I hadn't had authentic house-made chai like this place has since I was in Afghanistan.The first time I went here was with a colleague on a weekend when they have the weekend buffet. I'm skeptical of buffets but I was thoroughly impressed that quality was not sacrificed for the increased quantity... and let me emphasize again that the yogurt, bread, chutneys, chai, etc are house-made.The proprietor is super friendly and eager to accommodate.Also, I was here on 27APR17 for lunch and saw Morena Baccarin's doppelgänger eating with a friend. "I know something in Kaiserslautern. But there are always new tips. And old tips. I remember Saarschmecker's contribution to the Cardinal of 2015. “Food” has me reading this review that I have never noticed this Ristorante. Finally, I almost went to the slaughtered vocational school (as many) years ago. Central, but hidden near the Palatinate Theatre. Our car was free from 19.00 a.m., so we tried our luck in the “cardinal” without reservation. Unfortunately we could not sit in the green courtyard anymore, the summer is over. "There are a lot of options on an entirely separate vegan menu. They have vegan sushi as well, which is nice. They have some sort of fake meat for a few of the dishes, which I had in the vegan pho. I do not recommend the fake meat, which I believe is made of seitan, but otherwise I have enjoyed their food. It is cash only and their terrace is unshaded."
