"Stopped off here on route to Norfolk. We went up the stairs at 7.50 am to find it opened at 8.Went back down and mooched around the store then went back at 8.Ordered breakfasts. 1 normal 1 halloumi. The assistant had little to no personality! I paid and went for cutlery. The attached picture is what I found in the tubs!Needless to say i went to the counter and asked for a cup of hot water so the semi clean ones i dod find i could sterilise before use! Our drinks I found had been made and put on the end of a counter around the corner....not told this is what happens hence they were luke warm!....so was the food when it arrived! Not a good experience and not what you would expect as a paying customer. The cafe was extremely quiet.I gave the dirty cutlery to an assistant who apologised and said she would go through the rest Having emailed Sainsburys I received an email thanking me for the feed back and apologising for the poor service but no recompense for the fact the breakfast was near on inedible and the drinks near on cold! The cafe itself was dirty with crumbs on the windowsills and floor and generally felt in need of a deep clean."

You don't expect much from this sort of place so there's not much to disappoint. The food is OK and prices reasonable. Service is not particularly quick but not anything to complain about. Overall very satisfied

Two seniors stopped off for fuel, and decided on a quick breakfast snack. A warm cheery welcome from the staff, and our order taken efficiently. Food, although simple in it's content was of good quality and arrived promptly. Anybody who eats in establishments like this know what to expect, but this one is bright, clean, and we would be happy to call again.

3 years since nice to see it still seems light spacious when you walk in the store. The cafe is upstairs (lift available) . Free WiFi too. I had the £3 Bite size Breakfast Big Mug of Tea (1.30) each. There were veggie options available too. Only disappointment was the toasted tea cake we asked for was really thick fruit bread very stodgy. Nevertheless if you want a cooked breakfast at really low prices, this will do you.

We popped in and done some shopping and did not realise there was a cafe upstairs , we had a drink than decided to have something to eat I had vegetable lasagne and hubby had ham egg and chips it was lovely and hot and very good value for money , my lasagne was £4.50 and hubbys ham egg and chips was £5 , the cafe was packed and we had to wait for our meal about 20 minutes but we did not mind , the staff were polite and very helpful evan though it was very busy .

The restaurant was busy when we arrived and were told it was a 20 minute wait for food which was fine. 20 minutes later the dish my girlfriend had ordered was labelled sold out. 5 more minutes late and a waitress came to our table to ask for an alternative. After 20 more minutes our food finally came, with no apology or explanation of how to reclaim the difference in monetary value. Overall shoddy service, and disheartening to see a 50p packet of 5 doughnuts being sold singularly for 70p each at the counter. Doesn't fill me with enthusiasm for the place. Won't be coming here again.

They used to be pretty okay; but have noticed a deterioration in the last few weeks. The displays show tempting dishes, so this morning, I was tempted by the scrambled egg on toast. When it arrived it looked nothing like the glossy picture. The scrambled egg was just dumped on the plate, with the toast on the side. The toast was hardly toasted at all and was quite disgusting. We had a regular cappuccino and a large cappuccino. The large one was very disappointing, looked like they had same amount of coffee in both, but the large one had half a cup of froth. We shall go elsewhere in future.

I'm an occasional visitor to Lynn as I was born there and still have family in the area. It's about a 3.5 hour drive early mornings from my home to Lynn and Sainsbury's is the first port of call for a leg stretch and breakfast.I normally get there around 08:00 so usually in need of a strong coffee and breakfast.Their coffee is first rate and breakfast food well prepared and tasty.Service is brilliant at the counter and to the tables. On one trip my daughter asked for some exotic coffee with syrups etc which was on the menu but no one had ever ordered it apparently. Nonetheless, very obligingly, the coffee person found the recipe and made it it was top notch! Now that's customer service! All in...

We visited the restaurant at Hardwick sainsbury's last sunday, on the way to visit family., It is a regular haunt of ours. It was busy, as they had sold out of several items on the menu. In fact, it was getting quite hilarious in a way, as while waiting in the queue to order we could hear people who were then ordering that they had run out this and that, so that helped narrow down what we could order. I, in the end had to order my sixth choice, the Hunter's Chicken. It was disappointing that the other preferences weren't available but as I have had the Hunter's Chicken there before, I assumed it would be as good as it usually is, and it was. We were served at the till by the always friendly...

"My wife and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate my birthday. We chose Titchwell Manor due to its location on the A149. From here we can catch the Coasthopper up or down the coast. The bus stops are 100 metres outside the hotel. We were greeted in the car park and shown to our room behind the hotel. We had Basil number 21. It is a large comfortable room, with walk in shower and the fluffiest towels we have ever had. The room was very well heated and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was served from a civilised 8am. The plate of fresh fruit was really good. If you choose to have you eggs poached they will be the most perfect you will ever have with their lovely orange yokes. The rest of the components were equally good and served with leaf tea or great coffee. The bars each had a lovely roaring log fire, where we enjoyed a drink before our meal. The menu choices we made were ham hock, brioche piccalilli and burnt apple purée followed by venison, Jerusalem artichoke and rainbow kale. The other choice was marinated beetroot, basil pesto and goats cheese cream followed by salt baked celeriac, sage and onion with crispy kale. Both meals were outstanding. The venison was very tender and the celeriac was outstanding. On the basis of this dish, a very under stated vegetable. Service was very good and served at a speed we dictated without the continual pestering we have experienced elsewhere. We will definitely come back here as the whole stay was a great experience."
