very nice facility, nice service and a qualitatiw and tastefully excellent eating. not quite cheap, but it's worth the price.

nice quiet place, served with care and well prepared food. it is seen that they also choose raw materials. prices are adequate to what you eat

all around well, only critique point is perhaps the price in proportion to the portions. this is made up with plenty of rice again, but a little more meat and sweet it could already be at 15€ up per serving. Voir le carte

we were in the saffron for the first time tonight and are very excited. super friendly service, nice ambiente and outside indiens I have never eaten so good Indian! 5 stars for this and a recommended good conscience!

very nice, attentive service! But unfortunately this is not convincing me. the food is delicious and before all dingen without any flavor enhancers. the price-performance-verhälntis, however, is absolutely not true. are served tiny portions so uplifted trips.

according to tripadvisor there are hardly any good inder in heidelberg, so we decided to saffron. we have reserved what was worth by phone. the restaurant was well visited. the menus are very tasty, the portions but a little small. the service is extremely friendly and accommodating. at a next visit in heidelberg I would choose the saffron again for an Indian menu. bright, modern and quiet. very pleasant atmosphere, eating in this Indian restaurant is good, but not outstanding. Price performance is right, midday table and there is also a bar area. comfortable chairs!Location: between old town and main railway station,from unspectacular. who wants to drink coffee after eating, the architecturally chic cafe rossi 300m is recommended. the basis of the evaluation are about 10 visits.

We came here regularly because it's the best indian restaurant we have ever been to. They offer the best indian food we have ever known. The service and the ambiente is fantastic! It is so sad that we had to leave Heidelberg and go back to our ordinary lives...I can only recommend this restaurant. Our favourite menu is a mixed entrée, chicken tikka masala and gulab jaman for desert, but chicken korma and chicken tikka (tandoori oven) also taste very very nice and are well worth a try!You shouldn't miss this opportunity for a wonderful and romantic dinner. It's an insider tip from the bottom of my heart :)

past weekends we were in the restaurant saffron too hospitable. we were very nicely received and the ambiente, which reminds little of kitschige Indian restaurants, immediately impressed. a very relaxed atmosphere that invites you to stay. this is also necessary, because despite the early time of the clock and the very manageable restaurants we waited an hour for the tour. also the drinks allowed to wait unusually long, which also remained the rest of the visit.
