We had a wonderful experience here. Every dish we ordered was just delicious. The service was prompt and friendly. We’ve been to several restaurants in Taormina and this was definitely the best!

We visited three times during our stay in Taormina, The food, wine, service and setting were all excellent. Plant of choice for food and wine, we liked especially the sword fish and pasta with the local Etna wine. Will certainly return.

A family owned restaurant. Best mussles in town and high quality of the food. Prices are reasonable and the house rose vine is very good. Do not miss the mussles there and maybe try the tartuffo-shrimps pasta if you like that. We go there for many years and always left pleased.

Best meal we had in Sicily(2 weeks). We had Raw Sweet Shrimp*, Squid Sicilian Style, Rocket salad, Pistachio Ice Cream and of course a bottle of dry white wine. It was all great. *Raw Sweet Shrimp are usually only found in high end sushi restaurants where we live and are typically about $5 each.

Cena una sera di luglio in questo ristorante nel centro di Matera che dispone di una veranda interna.Abbiamo mangiato bene, sia primi che secondi piatti.Il servizio è stato un po’ lento ma si sono fatti perdonare offrendoci la pasta bianca della bimba, non scontato.Conto in linea con la proposta di Taormina.

Went here initially on recommendation of our hotel (Villa Angela) and returned for a second time during our week in beautiful Taormina. Without a doubt our beast meal(s) during our stay , and there is lots of competition for good restaurants in the town!! . Beautiful setting, wonderful food and service . Burrata , steak and lamb shank come highly recommended. Good selection of local wines . Will DEFINITELY return .

We were recommended to this restaurant by our hotel in Taormina. It's centrally located. The food was good. The service, however wasn't great. The servers weren't friendly and didn't smile much. They weren't attentive so it took too long to find them when we needed something and then more time to actually get what we needed. Since it was our first dinner in Taormina, we didn't think much about the lack of service. However, after having many more meals in Taormina, we found the service in the other restaurants we ate at to be exceptional. There are so many other places to eat in this lovely town that have both good food and service. This would not be my first choice.

I rarely gush about anything, let alone a restaurant but I loved this place and so did my wife. We are in our fifties and have had many holidays. We have never went back to a restaurant more than twice on any trip even when it was great. We visited this true gem 5 nights in a row, sampling something different from the menu at each visit. The food is exquisite, the service impeccable and the location, just off the main street was quiet and beautiful. This is a family business and they really take care to look after you. We were sad to leave Taormina and would truly return in order to come here again. We ate a Caprese. Spaghetti al vongole. Swordfish. Sicilian Orange salad. Sea bass. Spaghetti...
