Having been traveling for the last 3 weeks, I was in the mood for a good steak. So, when I...passed the restaurant, I decided I would have a nice steak dinner. The food itself was ok . Not up to the quality of a traditional steakhouse and certainly not acceptable by Argentinean standard of steak. But, it would rate at least a 2. That was not the exp I was there about 7pm and about half way through the meal there was loud banging like a hammer. I told the server than I wanted to move to a quieter place in the restaurant or outside. I said to the man hammering that this shouldn 't go on during dinner hour. He said, I could have sat outside. I said that 's not the point. He said, then my . I couldn 't believe it! I said to the server, how can you allow workers to talk to guests like that? Embarrassed she said he is the owner ! I said, I would going to report it to Trip Advisor and had a video. The owner heard me and sent over a large henchman he told me to give him my cell phone. He said he is going to erase the video because it breaks the German law. I said I am not going to give him my cell. He said the police are on the way . I said, good. I will tell them what happened including the language. He said there was no language which was a lie and other guests and the server heard the same. The owner is a maniac and I discourage anyone from going there. The food is mediocre and the owner has a temper that is unstable. I was really scared for my safety there especially with the henchman insisting I give him my phone."

Whilst visiting Berlin we ate here twice as it was so good on our first visit. We originally visited for our evening meal and then returned for a lunch before our return flight. The restaurant is large and the staff are friendly and some have...very good English (they also have menu's in English, just ask). in our first evening in berlin, warm welcome from the waitress and cozy atmosphere over this restaurant. the menu was in German, but the waiter was more than happy to help and his English was good. varied menu with salads, pizza, steaks and...pasta to good trips, 3 of us had a main course and a few drinks for each 60 euro. eating was very good, hearty portions and freshly made. really beautiful experience, and I must admit that we have gone back in the following night after a long day of wandering, as we wanted to be sure that we got a decent meal.

Have you ever visited a restaurant that makes discount on his own food? Well Rosario's advertises with 20 or 25% discount, which frankly is quite odd. I remember Gordon Ramsay saying, that you can tell if the restaurant is good and that the food is...going to be fresh, from the size of the menu....smaller is better in this case. Well the menuat Rosario's is huge! The seem to have everything...i mean everything! Pizza pasta steaks mexican food and the list goes on and on. And when the menu is that big, i guess you can't expect the food to be fresh and good.If you are looking to eat something cheap and low in quality, then go for it.
