"A day to remember for all the wrong reasons. The hospitality industry often claims to be struggling, but this restaurant has found a way to profit in an unexpected manner. Customers are required to pay a third-party company for parking, which immediately casts a shadow over any hope of enjoying a relaxing meal. We visited for a family gathering and had to place our food order two weeks in advance. Despite the notice, the service was sluggish, causing us to exceed the parking time we paid for. Six weeks later, we received a parking charge notice from the third-party company—now we’re facing a bill of £500 for our gathering!"

From start to finish this was the best meal out we have had for sometime! Service friendly yet professional food totally amazing! We had calamari, lava stone steak, fish and chips apple pie and fudge cake. All of an excellent standard in a lovely atmosphere would highly recommend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I recommend avoiding this restaurant until they address their parking company issues. I received £170 in parking fines and only found out about them two months later! Many others have had similar experiences, and it's becoming a frequent problem. Hopefully, the management will take notice when customers stop frequenting their establishment.
