"We are regulars at this restaurant, but today was very disappointing. We requested that the TV be turned to the racing, but were informed that only the manager could do so and he was too busy. The two servers who assisted us were curt, never inquired about our meal, and we ordered tapas, or whatever was available. We ordered cheese and bacon chips, but received spicy chips with grated cheese that was not melted and bacon. The nachos were burnt. After spending over £40 on food and drinks, a little customer service would have been appreciated. I understand that you are busy and overwhelmed, but it is easy for customers to go elsewhere these days. I apologize for writing such a negative review, James, but if the service is lacking, I cannot give you a 5-star review as usual."
