"We made a large group booking weeks in advance. The restaurant was not prepared for it at all. I felt sorry for the staff working there. The waitress seemed empathetic, but the bar staff and the man who seemed to be the manager could not have cared less. We were served warm drinks and cold food. My coke was poured from a budget bottle behind the bar, which was crammed with empty cartons and bottles. The boys working behind the bar looked under-age. We waited about 2 hours for food. They ran out of ingredients and they seemed to use whatever they could find. My vegetarian pizza had courgettes, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, artichokes and jalapeños, which wasn't awful but was slightly strange."

We experienced great service by our host and server Franco. There is a wide selection of delicious food and beverages. Make sure to try the Ayinger beer. It is also conveniently located near the A&O hostel. Voir le carte

This was the most expensive meal we had in Europe, and it was certainly not worth the money. The food was ok, although nothing to rant about. Our main concern, however, was that we got charged €2.70 for a glass of tap water, following which the waiter still had the audacity to ask for a tip. They also don’t accept card, which is a bit poor for 2018.

Amazing place for all kinds of food, great pasta, amazing pizza and even some curry dishes. Also amazing cocktails! We’ve been in Munich for 4 days and have eaten here 6 times already! The servers are super friendly and the service is quick and prompt. It’s an awesome family run business, a little secret corner restaurant right across from the a&o hostel! Absolutely love this place and will defiantly be back again!
