"Il vero Italiano! This place is fantastic. The family that runs it is Italian. Nino Sardella was a chef in Torino, Italy, and Marcello Mastroianni was a customer, thus the name of the restaurant. This is Nino's La Dolce Vita. Look for the photo of...a much younger Nino and Marcello. Nino and his wife and their son run the restaurant. The food is excellent Northern Italian fare that includes fish dishes. The finest is the catch of the day prepared in a saltzmantel, a coating of salt. The salt is removed and the fish deboned table side. It is one of the best fish dishes I have ever had anywhere. There is a wine menu, but we were perfectly happy with the house wine, which is served in colorful ceramic pitchers, either half or full liter sizes. Their grappa di Barolo is exceptionally smooth. The ambiance is wonderful. Lush green plants grow everywhere, and the décor is pleasantly Italian. Mrs. Sardella is an artist, and many of the walls are decorated with her paintings. We first visited Nino's in 2005 when I was a visiting professor in Magdeburg. We spent another semester there in 2007 and we ate there every week. We returned for a short visit in 2012, and except that we were all a bit older, nothing had changed. It is located just north of the University campus on a quiet residential street. Yes, this is truly the good life."

Blev venligt modtaget og fik anvist et ledig bord, fik pæn hurtig servering og spiste en Scallopino med mint or citron, samt drak en enkelt øl hertil. Maden var da god, men jeg synes prisen var meget for høj.

we enjoyed our meal here. the portions were generous. eating was good and served with a lot of care. the owner was charming and it was obvious that he was proud of his food, but we would have done without telling us how to eat our food “not cut the noodles with a knife”, etc.

we were again, quite spontaneous, with friends to lunch. the chef is super friendly. that eat very well. the selection is sufficient. Tip: chefe gets crazy when you eat pasta with knife and fork! ;)the chairs are not very comfortable. :( free parking is available directly in front of the house.

through the good reviews we were attentive and curious to the restaurant. since the restaurant was already known to us from previous times ( aok), we were curious how it was presented today. our expectations were only met to a limited extent. the food was tasty and well dressed. it is a good average Italian restaurant. because the restaurant is located on a very busy road, it is very restless and loud in the outside area. the waiter was a bit too intrusive, but perhaps it is also the Italian mentality. I have known the dolce vita for almost 10 years and want to return there again and again. besides the relaxed and informal ambiente, the dolce vita has been impressed for years with high-quality tuning and always fresh and seasonal highlights, even outside the...Menu who loves for example fresh fish and has enjoyed it in the coastal regions italiens once again, will find themselves there easily! the service should also be highlighted positiw, because here they meet passion for cooking and sympathetic people, which make it as pleasant as possible for their guests even in times of COVID-19 (currently by phone order and pick-up). chapeau and 5 stars!

I was already in charge of 17 years ago when he still resided in the aok building in the lübecker. at the current location it was in December of the perhaps 7th or 8th visit. by now, the sohn during nino the toro rosso cooks to the foreman. the brother of the former himself was a city-famous and popular gastronomic. In the interior you feel immediately comfortable. the ambiente is typical Italian, very pleasantly implemented among others also with paintings from the own production of the family (I believe the woman). the service is the most charming of the whole city. the one or the other side could hardly be saved from compliments, and even men do not remain outside;-) . the card is rich an...

"It's the best. They have the most delicious ramen. Their broth is rich and flavorful, the ingredients are fresh and the presentation is mouthwatering. If you prefer a lighter meal, try the tofu ramen. The broth isn't quite as rich, but it's still delicious. Every single starter item on this menu is worth trying. I strongly recommend to bring some friends and share a bunch of them. My personal favorite are the takoyaki. Maybe get some sake to go along with them. Sushi is also good. This isn't some sushi chain, and it shows in quality. You're not getting scammed on that rice to fish ratio. It's fresh, it's delicious, but in my opinion, the ramen is just too good not to get it, so I'll mostly go for sushi as a starter or sashimi at the end of a meal. If you prefer a sweet desert, they got you covered. Again, you can't really go wrong with any of the options they serve, but my favorite is the cheesecake. It's super fluffy, not too sweet, you get some fruit with it, fantastic. They also have a refreshing homemade drink selection. The staff is great. They're friendly, attentive and authentic people. Prices are more than fair. All that adds up to a restaurant that makes you feel welcome and at home. It's feel good food in a feel good atmosphere. You can spend five times the amount of money in a michelin restaurant and you might not leave as satisfied as you would after an evening with friends at the Kazoku Izakaya. Thank you guys for your hospitality."

"ghkitchen was in Magdeburg and it was a good visit with light weakness. The greeting was friendly and we were taken to our place on the window. The furnishings and the ambience are beautiful and many positive. We have been offered a selection of aperitifs and we have opted for 3 different. The concept and the map were then explained to us. You can choose between 6 and 8 courses with or without wine tasting. We decided 2 times for 6 courses without and once for 8 courses with wine tasting. There were homemade bread in muffin form and 2 greetings from the kitchen. Tastefully all 3 appetizers were at a good level. Then the courses started with and without wine tasting. The dishes were always beautifully dressed, handcrafted well prepared and tastefully convincing. The wine tour to the corridors was harmonious and suitable. When it went towards the main food, the waiting period between the courses was unfortunately somewhat long and over 30 minutes clear. However, the main dishes and the desserts were also tasteful at a high level. There was another small greeting from the kitchen before the dessert and also this one has tastefully convinced. Unfortunately, in the beverage card there is no indication of the rich tea selection and we have only received relatively late that there are. It doesn't have to be all teas listed, a hint is enough. The fruit tea is highly recommended. The price performance is reasonable and will meet the effort and the gears. The wine tasting is also fine. I forgive the 4 stars due to the above-mentioned longer waiting time at the main courses. Overall, I can recommend the restaurant and will use it again on a suitable occasion. There were three of us at the Highkitchen in Magdeburg and it was a good visit with a slight weakness. The greeting was friendly and we were shown to our seat by the window. The decor and ambiance are nice and appealing to many. We were offered a choice of aperitifs and chose 3 different ones. After that, the concept and the map were explained to us. You can choose between 6 and 8 courses with or without wine accompaniment. We decided twice for 6 courses without and once for 8 courses with wine accompaniment. First there was homemade bread in muffin form and 2 greetings from the kitchen. All 3 appetizers tasted good. Then the courses started with and without wine accompaniment. The dishes were always beautifully prepared, well prepared and tasted convincing. The wine accompaniment to the courses was consistent and suitable. Unfortunately, when we went to the main course, the waiting time between the courses was a bit long and clearly exceeded 30 minutes. In terms of taste, the main courses and the desserts were of a high standard. Before the dessert there was another little greeting from the kitchen and the taste was so convincing. Unfortunately, there is no indication of the extensive selection of teas in the drinks menu and we only found out relatively late that they exist. Not all teas have to be listed, a hint is enough. The fruit tea is highly recommended. The price-performance ratio is reasonable and does justice to the effort and the courses. The wine accompaniment is therefore reasonably priced. I give the 4 stars because of the longer waiting time for the main courses mentioned above. Overall, I can recommend the restaurant and will use it again if the occasions arises."
