Rise - Menu

Wenn man Zeit hat und es geniessen kann, ist ein Frühstück im Rise ein Traum. Vor einem langen Flug kann man sich nochmal ausgiebig am sehr abwechslungsreichen Buffet bedienen. Einzig das es keinen kostenfreien Sekt mehr gibt, ist schade

What a very enjoyable meal I had tonight at the Rise Restaurant in Hilton Frankfurt Airport. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Well done Hilton. Staying at the Hilton this is their restaurant located within the hotel. The food is average but expensive . A recent dinner meal[ soup , salad and one entree was over 75 Euro. But it is convenient especially if you have been traveling all day. Staff in the evening is minimal so if the place is busy then you may have a short wait, but not excessive

I had four good meals with excellent service on my stay at the Hilton. Rise has delivered a very good dining experience. I come to this hotel and Rise at least once a year and have always been satisfied. The staff is friendly night and day. The Wiener schnitzel is very good. The omelets are also very good. There is a nice selection of wines and beers. Enjoy.

We were pleasantly surprised from breakfast at the restaurant.As Hilton HHonors Gold members, breakfast at the restaurant was one of our benefits.While the buffet itself was quite small, it offered a very nice selection of both cold and hot dishes (but no cooked-to-order eggs, unfortunately), cheese, vegetables, juices, fruits, pastries, smoothies, yogurts and excellent coffee.Service was fast and courteous.Recommended if you're staying at the hotel.

RISE Restaurant is part of Hilton Frankfurt Airport. Let me start off that for lunch & dinner prices are high, however in terms of quality the restaurant delivers. My breakfast is always included, not sure what it cost but if the charge Euro 25,-- for the buffet it's 100% worth it. I often stay at this property and always enjoy at least once during my stay dinner and lunch, breakfast I always take here instead of at the exec lounge, it just has a broader selection service is great!

In einem solchen Hotel erwartet man exzellenten Service, auch im Restaurant...Wir waren ca. 20 Personen - leider wurden die Speisen so verzögert gebracht das man nicht von gemeinsamen Essen sprechen kann - mein Steak war da der Beilagensalat kam erst als das Steak schon fasst gegessen war - bei einer Kollegin wurde der Beilagensalat gebracht, das Steak aber vergessen.. ein anderer Kollege bekam seine Pommes gar nicht :-(Der Nachtisch wurde erst geliefert als der Kaffee bereits getrunken war ...

I have stayed here on a number of occasions and it is a top quality airport hotel. My gripe on this stay was the attitude of the managers in the RISE restaurant. Having spent 15,00 euro for a meeting, with long days we chose to eat at this location each night for ease - the food was great. The customer service and attitude of the hostess was rude to say the least. Every request was a drama and I felt as a customer with a group of 10 I was a nuisance. You are dealing with people in this hotel who travel regularly and know what to expect of a Hilton. This is a big gap and you need to address training. Stayed 6th-9th December in Room 9135.

I stopped into RISE at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport hotel in November 2016. I was waiting to catch a flight at Frankfurt airport, so I walked all the way from Terminal 1 to the hotel in The Squaire, which is a fantastic facility. I have never stayed in the hotel (but would like to). I had about 3 and a half hours to wait for a flight to London.The restaurant is at the back of the main concourse of the hotel, but not signposted very well; I did actually have to ask someone where it was. I had actually made a reservation by email a few days previously, but when I got there, there was only a buffet business meeting lunch around a big table, and two other diners. They did not even have to go loo...
