"It’s an excellent little spot inside the Rhiw centre which has been open my entire life, under several different managements. As currently managed this cafe is thriving. The Rhiw centre itself has fewer and fewer businesses in here, but the food stalls seem to be doing really well. This one particularly so. There is a varied conventional cafe menu at reasonable prices and there are some Thai speciality dishes brought in by the current owners. The service is quick, friendly and polite and the meals are very good. I wonder if Bridgend would benefit from the entire Rhiw centre being given over to food and food experiences, since the town, like most towns, seems to struggle to compete with internet shopping."

Nice small cafe nestled within the local market. Big fry up for a solid price. Also shares space with a Thai restaurant, so double the options. Service is lovely.

I go there quite regular and In all fairness the food is really nice along with the friendly staff who like to have a chat with you. Fair price and a cosy little place to eat.

We traveled from the valleys just to enjoy breakfast at this restaurant, and it was worth it! The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the staff are always friendly. You won't have to wait more than five minutes for your food after placing your order.

My friend and I enjoy the Thai cuisine at this restaurant. We never have to wait too long and the food is always fresh. We have also sampled the English breakfasts, which are delicious as well. The friendly staff and the tasty Thai food keep us coming back again and again. I would have given it 5 stars, but unfortunately it's not right next door to me!

Yesterday, we took the number 1X Clipper bus from the Quadrant bus station in Swansea to Bridgend. While exploring the local market, we decided to have lunch at the Rhiw Teapot Café. The food was excellent, drinks were good, and the service was top-notch. The tables were very clean. We will definitely be stopping by again on our next visit to this town.
