"we were at a juli weekend in a little bit and we were very happy to have us pampered in the beetle restaurant cuinar. a reservation would not have been necessary, as on this Friday night only 6 tables were occupied, which is already in itself. the clientele is dusty as well as the type of personal. the greeting was utterly cool, the assigned table ok. the interior is extremely appealing and especially the separate spaces convince with their interior. the brot to start was old and dried, so not at all what we expected. not’s the despite we were positiw that our ordered eating will convince us. we started with a bark tartar with truffle cream and kartoffel cuts (bee classic). the cuts and the trufflecreams were excellent only the tatar was miserable, so we read it after the first bite and we thought to disorder the remaining passes. we are absolute tatar fans, but this had no hauch to do with a tatar for us. the meat and the consistency resembled more a terrine and also tastefully remembered nothing of a tatar. Well, the cellar said that he could have told us that the consistency was so if we had asked him and took the barely touched teller again, which of course were fully charged. the following caterpillars were excellent. the lobster stew with herbal panaché (being again on an old brot) were ok but absolutely no highlight despite declared beetle classic. the flanksteak was ok and the rosmarinkartoffeln tasty, the grilled avocado with sour cream was a little hard and need to get used. after these 3 courses, which were served within 45 minutes (something came before us) we had everything else but lust to let us in or on one dessert and to settle the bill."
