For a long time I have frequented the establishment masterfully managed by this family over several generations. They are constantly improving their services, reception, facilities and decoration. During my visit to the Relais de Ratier Restaurant d'Altitude in Serre Chevalier, I encountered several aspects that influenced my experience. Although the prices were quite high, I found that the quality of the food was not up to par with other restaurants in the area, resulting in it being below average. One element that could have added a touch of warmth was the beautiful fireplace inside, but unfortunately it remained unlit during my stay. The lack of adequate heating made the room barely warmer than outside, leaving me feeling cold.
