Red Sails Restaurant @ Faversham Creek Hotel

Very disappointed. Food ok. Service very slow. Was asked if wanted desert hadn't been served our main course.

The set lunch at this restaurant is a fantastic value, served in a comfortable atmosphere. The food is delicious, expertly cooked, and beautifully presented.

Always enjoyed ourselves here, food great, alcohol list substantial and really good! We’ve now moved to Ramsgate and we do miss our old eating and drinking haunts. We need to visit! G xox

Excellent value fixed price lunch. Good local and seasonal food. Pleasant service. A warning however that vegetables very undercooked. We like al dente, but carrots and broccoli were crisp and nearly raw.

The food was very good, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable, making for a memorable and enjoyable evening with friends. There was a good selection of wine, as well as an added bonus of very good beer from Gadds Brewery, which could compete with any local pub.

The welcome was pleasant, a nice balance of friendly and formal. The service was excellent on these terms throughout the meal. The food was fresh (we ate fish), well cooked and presented. The wine perhaps a little marked up. On the whole, for a comfortable, easy afternoon with friends it could not have been bettered.

We went for Sunday lunch and the roast beef was excellent with well cooked vegetables and a rich gravy. Unusually for here I didnt feel our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and was not very attentive which resulted in one of the meals and being served not as requested and then a delay while this was sorted

This is our favourite restaurant in Faversham! We love it! The history (David has put his touches everywhere, from the name plates on the tables to the ship's wheel at the entrance) is all around you! The food is mazing, the wine list extensive and the beer selection is also very good. Not to mention all the different gins and the gorgeous cocktails they offer! Simply stunning! Everything is cooked to perfection and looks divine on the plate too! I recently discovered this restaurant while searching for a new place to take my mum for lunch. We enjoyed sitting in the comfortable lounge while waiting for our table, and the friendly and helpful staff, along with the owner, made us feel welcome. The table was clean and set with linen napkins. The food was exceptional, with freshly baked bread served hot to the table and each dish, whether a starter, main, or dessert, was well presented and delicious.
