Everything bit odd in pandemic but the food was ready as ordered, huge portions, very tasty and pleased it came in recyclable foil containers.

Website promises 40 mins after several chasiing finally arrived after nearly hour and an half. Was cold and inedible. Had to order second meal from somewhere else

we have used the Raj Darbar for takeaways since moving locally. The portions are enormous ! Hot tasty food. Great online booking service and home delivery. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Our regular indian resturant that has a fresh and friendly decor. Staff are most helpful. Menu has wide choice. Food is excellent traditional indian cuisine. To finish with Always lovely Mango Kulfi. Highly recommended. Also easy to park outside and never too crowded . Covid safe.

Hadn't been here for a couple of years for no other reason than I like to try different restaurants as we have so many good ones locally. Well I'll not leave it so long as the food was excellent. I had a take out and on arrival was warmly welcomed. Next time I'll eat in as the menu looks interesting. Voir le carte

We booked a table for dinner, upon entering the man was a bit rude and grumbly the appeard unorganised. We were shown to our table and when asked for what drink we’d like we asked for a few cobras to which he had to check with the manager who than said “soft drink only” although we were all over 18 and had ID on us which we showed them. Do not go here unless you are much older than 18 and fancy a depressing vibe, we than left to go elsewhere. Ablsolute joke

5 friends enjoying an evening meal in very pleasant surroundings. Table was booked in advance was ready waiting on arrival. Restaurant was quite busy (couple of larger parties) but amply covered by numerous staff. Prompt service for drinks after which we enjoyed a fine range of starters and main courses. Portions were generous if not too filling but standard of food and presentation excellent. Of the 3 Indians in the village this one is usually quite quiet but not for any bad reason we experienced, would now definitely book here first choice.

Don’t usually write reviews but felt we had to as another top takeaway again last night! We always order online on their easy to use website, and there is a comments section if you want to adjust the way your dish is cooked. The food is always top quality, super fresh and delivered on time to our door by a friendly driver. Would recommend the chicken tikka main, and their chicken dhansak is to die for. Huge onion bhaji’s are so delicious and their breads are all freshly made, best peshwari naan ever! We’ve never had a bad takeaway from Raj Darbar, would thoroughly recommend them. Voir le carte
