Ordered four cocktails with friends for after-dinner drinks.Arrived around 11pm, yet it had a bustling environment and lots of energy.Drinks slightly on the expensive side, but it opens late and is has a good vibe so if that's the aim of the event then its perfect!

Cheap cocktails attract many guests here and place is very popular among locals. Don't let the price fool you: for 3.5 euros you get an amazing cocktail. Food is decent for a busy chain restaurant. Burgers and tortillas with meat are worth trying. Drinks 5/5, food 3.5/5. Voir le carte

We went to Que Pasa hoping to get some cocktails before partying. We usually go to the Que Pasa at Görlitzerstr., but this one was closer. First of all, they let us order a drink but asked us to leave 30 minutes afterwards because they were closing. The waiter asked us to pour our drinks in a plastic cup and leave. I was scandalized to be treated like this. If they were about to close, they should just have told us to find another bar.

I used to visit this place often when I lived in Berlin. I remembered it as very noisy and full in the evenings. This time I had a completely different experience and I enjoyed it very much. My husband and I arrived for a late lunch when the restaurant was almost empty. We had lots of privacy and enjoyed some good burgers and a couple of great and strong cocktails (3,50€ all day). The service was very good and quick. A great place to visit in Kreuzberg.

The waiter has been very rude with us as soon as he noticed we were foreigners. Throwing the change at your face and acting very annoyed.Moreover, the waiter charged us with extra meals we did not order, and when we tried to explain the situation he got very agressive and unpleasant, he didn't let us go before we pay 15€ more we should have never paid. We are sure it was done on purpose. The waiter even followed us outside looking down on us and being extremely arrogant. Voir le carte

We must have waited for the waiter to take our order more than 45 minutes, we called him over multiple times, many of which he blatantly ignored, once he said he'll be in a minute, which never happened. The last time we called him, he came to us, and when my fiancee asked him a question about the menu, he said: "that is not your problem" and went away to clean a nearby table. He came back later and finaly took our order. On the bright side, the cocktails came quickly, and were pretty good.For a caffe located on such a good spot, they sure should try to provide a better service, until then, they wont see us as customers again.

I was there on June 2016 and ordered one drink. I paid that already but manager yelled that I didn't. Okay, that was something like 5 euros, so I paid that second time and tried to leave. Then the indian staff surrounded me and didn't let me leave and manager blamed that I was lying and he will call the police, I said why not if things are like this. He wasn't calling and I I thought things were going messy so I managed to run to another restaurant next to street. They followed me there, about five staff members and manager surrounded me by the toilets, pushed me and tried to get more money. Que Pasa is a Mexican restaurant chain in cutting edge Berlin, Germany. My experience was great. Here's why:This one was around the corner from my hotel. I walked in and got a table for my daughter and her 1.5 year old child at 7 PM. We were given a corner booth for eight people who reserved for 8PM. We told management we'd be long gone by then.Service was Right Now, but pleasant and helpful. The drink order took less than a few minutes, and the food order wasn't far behind. Portions are huge and the food is is very tasty in a chain restaurant kind of way, which is to say it differs from a Mexican Cantina when you are that country of origin.This is because Que Pasa offers a well thought out...
