"Me and my partner visited this restaurant on the 6th Jan. We ordered 3 starters to share the calamari, beef ragu and fried mozzarella.. which were all lovely. We waited a small amount of time for the mains and considering we were walk ins and the place was busy I was happy to do so. We was told the mains would be coming shortly which they were. I was giving a complimentary drink from who I believe to be the manager Pawel S. He was very attentive and welcoming and made the night for us both. Out of all the Prezzo restaurants we have been to I would say this was definitely the best run I've seen. We will definitely be returning!"

The food is delicious and the staff are really lovely, it's perfect for couples or family, there's lots of space around each table and you're not pressured at all. Well worth a visit!

Dined at Cockfosters restaurant last night looking for somewhere open quite late the only restaurant still open, staff immediately helped us, very clean the food was delicious and staff extremely kind I couldn't fault it

Would never visit chain italian restaurant when there are so many independent authentic restaurants but had a voucher so went for Sunday lunch. Great professional service, very attentive. Generous portions. Overpriced but okay as had the voucher

Peter, Pavel and the rest of the team are the best in the business. So welcoming to my and my family but also highly efficient and the food quality is second to none. No other Italian restaurant comes close. Absolutely brilliant and highly recommended!

I very much enjoyed my meal here last week. I had the salmon penne and it was delightful but I couldn't finish due to me having the fried mozarella to start with! The portions are very decent and the staff are lovely. Will happily come here again in the future.

We are regular customers at Prezzo, and usually, we enjoy it very much. However, recently, when we went, they had changed the menu, and the food was absolutely disgusting. It was overpriced for what it was; the waiters forgot to write one of our requests down for one of our meals; and the menu was limited. Absolutely disappointed, as we normally like going to Prezzo. We won't be going any time soon.

Ordered a delivery from Prezzo. I hate leaving negative reviews especially post COVID lockdown but the poor quality of the food left me no choice today. I ordered penne arrabiatta and a garlic pizza a starter. The pasta was so bland with no flavour at all. So poor. The garlic bread was probably the worst garlic bread I have ever eaten. Dry and full of flour. No taste and again very bland. Such a waste of money. Their other dishes might be good but as a warning don’t order the garlic bread or the penne arrabiatta

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. I have not been for a couple of years but I surely remember it better. The main courses were all very poor. Drowning in cream the pasta did not stand a chance. All three dishes were disappointing. For starters we ordered garlic bread, which was a garlic pizza and a salad with half Burrata cheese, totally unseasoned and bland. The chocolate tart was stale... The staff was polite and friendly but clearly comprised of not professionals. This place needs upgrading and serious kitchen training!
