What a great evening!! Great service, great food and our host (all by himself) Keizer, should be recognised as a **** good employee!! Running the evening front of house single handed!! Management material me thinks

My wife and I had a great experience at Prezzo. The staff were friendly and polite, and the food was delicious. Each course we ordered was thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely be returning soon, as the combination of great staff and delicious food make it worth the visit.

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant, especially because of the amazing waiter named Imperial. I'm surprised he hasn't been promoted to manager yet, as he goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and special. Even my cousin Sally, who is blind, was able to enjoy a personalized cocktail thanks to his thoughtfulness. His service is truly priceless.

The dining experience was extremely disappointing and left a bad taste in my mouth. We had to wait a long time for our food to be served and for the bill to be brought to us. To be honest, if I wasn't concerned, I would have refused to pay for my meal since I barely touched it. The waitress seemed new and did her best, so I can't fault her for that. However, overall it was a terrible experience and not worth the money. I would have preferred a meal from Tesco or even McDonald's over what was served.

We chose to come to Prezzo this evening and I just wanted to highlight how amazing our visit was. The staff were so lovely and made us feel welcome. It wasn’t busy but they really took the time to look after us. We were greeted...by Lucia who was super bubbly and asked us where we would prefer to sit. Our waitress Leah remembered our order by memory and recommended the cheesecake which we loved. Kiezer in the kitchen made a perfect pizza and we were so impressed by his outstanding customer service. Great food and great evening all around! Thank you so much! We will be back! Not sure what to make of it, came for dinner We are for certain foods to come out with our mains which arrived as starters so we sent them back to then managed to watch out starters left on the side under a light to...then come back out with our main my Garlic bread was solid. The main meal was lovely no complaints at all. But we never got asked if we wanted another drink we only had one drink the whole meal I don’t see why I should have to ask for another drink I got asked once if my meal was okay then we had to find somebody to have our bill taken over to us to then see about three members of staff sitting on the table eating dinner and I’m thinking when we left our mains plates were still...

My wife takes us here because of the Tesco vouchers, I’m never keen as we my save a few quid with the vouchers but, I’m always reluctant as the experience is usually so slow, they always seem understaffed and this has a knock on effect...to such a poor service, that said yesterday we went and things were much better, more staff and a much improved experience, I have to mention the whole team as they were all great, but Lucia was incredibly warm, friendly and attentive, she actually motivated me to write this review. on Saturday night. no chicken dishes on the menu. one of our party then ordered a burger. I said the table behind us had the last burger, really? on a Saturday morning? we sat under one. ceiling heating. very hot and blown. but also on one way from the door, so from us on the other side of the table were cold. the server asked us to move us to another table. tables were empty. she came back and said I'm sorry we couldn't be moved because tables were named. we were not happy and politely told if they could not take a table change, although they were half empty, then we would not come back. We booked a table for a birthday meal on a Wednesday evening. Initial waitress was very friendly and drinks arrived quickly. There were about six small tables eating. Starters came then we had to wait absolutely ages for the mains and we had to ask...how much longer it would be. After this our drinks waitress was very curt and unfriendly. It was at least minutes after the starters that our meals arrived. My daughter’s tagliatelle was tasteless but the worst fault was that my husband discovered a greenfly wandering around in his burger bun after he had already eaten some of it!
